Got there at 11:10 am checked in and the same gentleman I spoken to was the one whom checked me in, took the keys to my car and said we will be with you in a few minutes, I proceeded to wait... 15 minutes later another guest came in for a evaluation on her tires and got taken before me. She didn't have a appointment or reservation. I still proceeded to wait as they were the only pace available in the area that could fix the tire. Mind you the same gentleman jemal I believe it's his name was just standing in the work area looking in to a computer this entire time while everyone was working. A employee came out the one that had taken the lady prior to me and I asked him how much longer was my tire going to take, he proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed and only had 1 person working in the back. This guys are was attending to all the guest while Jemal just continued to be in the computer. It wasn't till 12:44 that my tire was fixed !!! Yes it was my choice to proceed with the service but this establishment has very poor communication skills and management doesn't care at all about having common courtesy of there guest times..

When it was ready, I was called to see if I needed a ride back which I declined because I had arranged one. They are honest people and don't look to rip customers off. As I was leaving the shop getting into my truck a random man who didn't speak English flagged me down. Asked me in Spanish if I could call 911 because an old man was unconscious across the street. The main mechanic (forgot his name ‍) noticed me out there and asked if everything was okay so I explained the situation. He ran across the street and stayed with the old man checking on him and stayed with him the entire time until the medics arrived. And his wife Shelly had a demanding and rude customer while I was there and she handled her with such tact and grace. I own a 1997 Lincoln Town Car that is a family heirloom, my father purchased it brand new. I have…read morebeen taking this car to Exhaust Masters since 2019 with no problems at all. Well, that has changed, I have, in the last several months, taken the car to Exhaust Master 3 times for the same issue, stalling when either driving at slow speeds or at stops. Each and every time it is something different, Mass air filter, IAC, another Mass air flow sensor, NONE has worked due to the inept diagnosis it has cost several hundred if not thousand dollar and I am no where near to having this situation alleviated, in fact it seems to be worse. They now have diagnosed it again with a crankshaft position sensor, and guess what, that is another 500 dollar repair. Do you see a pattern of ineptness or just plain thievery going on here? I do, this is why I will never ever take a vehicle to this establishment again. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with "parts cannon" mechanics--where they keep firing new parts at a problem on your dime without fixing the root cause. When a shop replaces the same sensor twice (the Mass Air Flow sensor) and the car still stalls, it's a massive red flag that their diagnostic process is failing.
