They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.

To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. I filed a complaint with the ohio attorney general the next day My position is you can charge reasonable and custonary and not rip seniors on a fixed income off. The claims adjuster stated Roto-evil-Rooter were using unethical business practices . Two days later I get a call from Management, I owe nothing DO NOT USE Roto-evil-Rooter, Management put me through hell while on vacation for no reason.
