We have been coming to here for a few years. Unfortunately we will no longer support this business. We have had a few situations that were not friendly. The first one was when the delivery driver called us and asked us why we didn't leave a tip. If he looked closely he would of seen that there was a tip included. He then apologized. I think he wanted more but a 18%. The second issue was they made our pizza wrong and stated that this is what we ordered. We insisted it was not our order and must of been someone else's. They management had a rude attitude and remade our order. The last and final straw was that they tried to tell us the sauce on the wings were Caribbean and they were not. They were sweet and had tasted like honey barbecue. We took the order back and he said that the bottle was carribean flavored. I stated that it must be a different sauce or the manufacturer must of changed the ingredients. Which some companies do. He insisted it wasn't different. Mind you we only order 2 wing sauce flavors carribean and Thai. We order from here all the time. So we would know the difference. He stated he was having a bad day and it showed with his eye rolls and attitude. We were just gonna get it remade but I felt like it still would of been an issue. I was given the wrong pizza and didn't want to drive all the way back because the rest of my food would have been cold by the time I got home. I called and they gave me a credit for a free pizza on my next order. The next time I called to place an order, I was told there was no such credit showing up and they refused to do anything about it. This is not the first time they have messed up my order, but it is the last. Tornado's Pizza is just as good or better, plus they get my order right. read more

I've never tried Mr Pizza before. I ordered a large cheese only for carryout tonight. The pizza tasted ok, nothing special really, but there was an unusual amount of butter poured over the pizza. Not sure if something spilled or what but you can see in the pictures attached that it was very very greasy, especially for cheese only. I wasn't offered a flavored crust and don't know if they do that, but I've never seen anything like this. If this is normal for them, sorry but I wouldn't recommend. read more

The cowboy poppers are to DIE FOR! The rib tips dinner (4 lbs) WAS PHENOMENAL and you choose the rub/sauce for them! They told me an hour and the food was at my door in 30 mins! They have very flabby regular chicken wings here. Just not crisp at all. The boneless work really well though and I love the chipotle BBQ sauce too. Rib tips are better and a bigger portion than Happys but the shrimp and fish are pathetic cheapo style freezer bag specials here. The fish is eerily similar to a really big fishstick. Yikes. Pizza is actually very good, particularly deep dish. The husband is more inclined to it than I am though. This is as per usual for us. Anything mexi works. The quesadillas and the mexisticks in particular. If you are going for it ask for both ranch and salsa for either. The chicken sammies and subs are really nicely portioned. Nothing that will turn your world on end in either direction but they are solidly reliable. Carry out is usually correct and delivery is painless. This was my first experience with mr pizza. I got online delivery and it estimated the time at 40 minutes and it got here in 40 minutes which was excellent. However, the driver forgot my soda. The pizza itself was great, it was hot and cooked just right. The wings were delicious, I definitely recommend their wings. The breadsticks on the other hand were cold and soggy And they gave me the wrong dipping sauce, which is what nets this at 3 stars. Would definitely eat here again. read more

The worse service I had in my life!! Ordered a small deep dish pizza with 3 toppings, a hot dog and 1/2 lb of wings which came to $28. Said it will be half an hour to deliver but it took an hour. Only came in one box, I asked delivery man where is the rest of it and he said it should all be in there. When I opened the box the wings were missing and pizza was not cut, just a big block square. The delivery man took off and when I called, I received no apology, the manager Charly advised me to check my order as if I was lying. Pizza is good sometimes other times not. I wanted alot of cheese last time I called so I asked for triple cheese. They said ok extra cheese. Hit up Mr. Pizza by default because they are the only pizza place relatively close to my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with very friendly phone service, even at 11:30 on a Thursday night, and delicious hot pizza upon pick up. They have a large menu that extends far past just pizzas like wings, burgers, and bakes subs. The next time I'm in the mood for some hot pizza or snacks I'll give Mr. Pizza a call. Ordered a variety of things for our first foray with Mr. Pizza, on a lazy Saturday evening. We ordered a Pepperoni melt round pizza with butter parmesan garlic crust. It tasted good, but the crust was too soft to avoid making a mess and eating it pig style. We also had a Hawaiian round, which was reported to be "OK". I'm not a fan of fruit on pizza, so I abstained from this one. We added an order of feta bread which was pretty darned tasty, and an order of Bananas Foster bites, which were just barely OK (obviously from frozen). I ordered a diet Pepsi fountain pop (I'd been dying for one all day and had none in the house), and was disappointed to find after two sips that it was regular, not diet. Into the trash it went. The service and delivery was good and friendly, with no complaints other than my pop. Overall, not an awful experience, but I'll probably go back to my regular place until a new one hits my radar. read more

I've ordered from here about 4 times and this is the second time it has taken that long to get to me. I called both times to check on the other and got a half-hearted sorry each time. What I got: a medium regular crust, no spinach, no garlic (flavor or the real thing), and a piece of hair... Have I mentioned the awful customer service from the kid who took my order? Whenever we are in the mood for really good, carry out food, we go to Mr. Pizza. We have been there dozens and dozens of times and have always had a great meal. Their pizzas are good, but we usually go for the Mexican items on their menu. Their burritos and nacho's are excellent. We love the loaded potatoes and the appetizers and samplers. Their portions are good, prices are reasonable. Whenever we stop by, the manager seems to always be there and is a great guy! He always waves and greets everyone. I must say I have never written a review on line. I am a Manager at a nearby Apartment complex. Today, we placed an order for delivery for our office staff. The order was correct with the exception of the OPAH Greek salad I ordered and asked to include grilled chicken. The salad arrived without chicken. I completely understand as mistakes are made. No one is perfect. The bigger problem for me was the size of the salad. The small salad price is $8.49 and the was an up-charge for the chicken (which I expected). This salad was the size of a dinner side salad. I often order salads for lunch and thus am highly aware of what the average small salad costs as well as what is the common size. I would be remiss to not include that this was not a lunch menu. This was not even close to what one would expect for $8.49. I notice the size of the salad immediately and questioned the driver about the size. She had no reply. We tipped her (well) and she walked out. Then I opened the salad to find it was sans chicken so I went out to catch driver who saw me coming but tried to drive off. I caught up to her and asked her if perhaps there was a mistake and I received a side salad? She indicated that she get lots of complaints about the salad size. When told about the missing chicken she just said you will have to call Mr. Pizza. Honestly, had the salad been remotely close to what one would expect I would have just let the missing chicken slide as I had waited 45 minutes for the order and it was intended to be a group lunch. So I called and waited about 5 minutes to speak with a Manager who essentially told me yep the salad is small but she was willing to send another and I should return to incorrect item. That's fine with me! However, she knew the order was coming to the office of a large apartment complex that I manage, so one would think she might ad a bit of lettuce or something for the inconvenience. Especially given that the nearly 1000 families in our community often ask our staff "what's good to eat around here?" But, didn't happen!! I missed eating lunch with the staff and ate a VERY DELICIOUS TINY salad in my office nearly 90 minutes later. The salad was truly very good, I just wouldn't order again. read more

One of the best pizza joints in the United States. Very ambitious menu that pays tribute to its roots. Very consistent quality. Excellent service. Uniformed, friendly, fast delivery in marked cars by drivers in uniform. Even with names embroidered on nice hoodies. All these are signs of excellent management. Try the taco pizza, juicy lucy, thai sub, mushroom burger, or fried pickles. Only complaint I could have is that the Haggerty location is situated in a very seedy looking strip mall where only they and a liquor store remain. That's why I have them deliver :) And the drivers are so consistently great, they never get lost, always happy, always willing to go the extra mile. Went here for their lunch buffet and there was no pizza on the buffet. They asked me what kind of pizza I would like it I told them a pepperoni and cheese pizza and some cheesy bread. Waited 10 minutes for my pizza to be made and when they brought it out to the buffet it was a small pizza. Two other people came in after me and I also ordered pizza for the buffet. While they were waiting for their pizza to be made they had some of the pepperoni pizza that was on the buffet. I only got three slices so I asked them to make another pizza. We had the gluten free pizzas delivered. We all enjoyed it. The delivery was fast, and the gluten free pizza was very affordable, especially compared to other places. (Mr. Pizza charges an additional $2 for gluten free crust, which I consider a good deal!). I ordered a cheese pizza from this place tonight and it was terrible. The cheese on the pizza was hard felt like rubber and the cheese came off of the pizza as soon as I took off a slice. I called for a refund and the manager told me that I could either get another pizza or a store credit because they don't do refunds. That complete BS. I ordered a gluten free pizza from here a few weeks ago. It was the Juicy Lucy Greek. I didn't want the onions that came with the pizza so requested black olives instead. When I got the pizza and open the box it was sloppy looking, practically Raw, and only had cheese and pieces of olives on it and nothing else literally. A foil sheet was also sticking to the bottom of the pizza. I brought it back and showed the manager on duty. After some back-and-forth with him, he finally agreed to credit the$16 and change as he had said they do not give cash refunds, and after some thought he actually decided to credit me an even $20. I was satisfied with that. He didn't make any moves at the register so I asked him how will I know I'm getting a credit? He simply said that he had my phone number so he would use that and then it would be on my account for next time. So fast forward to today, I was going to order online but did not see any type of credit, so I called instead to place my order. I spoke with a lady who answered. First thing I asked was about the $20 credit that was supposed to be on my account? She looked at my account and said there's no such credit on it. She then told me she was the manager there and asked me who I dealt with? I could not remember his name, my bad, but told her he said to me he was the manager and gave her a description. To put me on hold and then she answered and asked how she could help me? I told her I'm the one you were just talking to about my account. She said there was nothing she could do and that was it. I told her in closing that it's a shame because I really like their pizza but I will not be ordering from them again, and her answer was okay bye. Terrible customer service! I work near this place and my coworkers and i spend hundreds of dollars per week at this place..we often order funnell fries. Well today the funnell fries came without the icing after we spent over 100 dollars...when we called about the icing the manager told us it doesn't come with icing..we told them we order it regularly and it has always came with icing and we have never had to order the icing seperatly...the response we got was " you should not have been getting it, it costs extra and you won't get it anymore!
