This location used to be great! But over the last 6 months or so the service has gone way down. Our orders were constantly missing ingredients, or the wrong meals delivered. There were multiple occasions where myself and coworkers noticed that after we would leave and they would run our credit card, our statement would be $3-5 higher than what our receipt would state. When we called about it, they said the cc company "holds" additional money when using a card. Then this last time I went, I used my cc, my information was stolen and used at multiple local businesses. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Ordered a turkey wrap for delivery to my office down the street from this place. After an hour went by I called to ask why my order hasn't yet arrived they told me the employee took down my address but still marked it as pick up. Meaning my food spent an hour sitting on their counter and none of them gave it a second thought. So my food finally arrived thirty minutes after my lunch break had ended and they still wanted full price. Don't bother with this place unless you want to take your chances with a bunch of drooling teenagers who can't pull it together enough to deliver a sandwich three blocks. read more

I will start by saying I love their food. I hate their prices. I can get to pizza's for what they charge for 1 pizza. They have the largest menu for any pizza shop. They just need to take this in consideration and try to lower their prices. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I never write reviews & signed up just to write this. They have been going down hill for years and tonight was the last time I believe I will ever order from them. The order was placed at 5:40. I was told it would 25-35 minutes for delivery. An hour later they hadn't shown up. I called and was told that their fryers were down. We had ordered fries. I was told that the driver was just about to walk out the door & that they could offer a free 2 liter for being late. I accepted. Then 35 minutes later I was about to call to cancel and the driver showed up. We had ordered two sandwiches & two fries. There was only one fry. One of the sandwiches was a gyro and it didn't have the cucumber sauce for it, plus the 2 liter they offered wasn't there. I called while the driver was there and the girl said they they would send someone out in 5 minutes. I asked if there was anything else that they could do since it had been so long. The girl asked the manager & the manager said they would give a $5 credit for next time. Finally 45 minutes later they showed up. That was at 8pm. It did us no good. We had both eaten our sandwiches & split the fries since we really didn't expect them to arrive. I wonder if the $5 credit is really in the system. read more

I gave them one star... I have had nothing but issues with this place. I keep trying to give them chances after not going through them for a period of time. I ordered a gilled chicken ceaser salad and asked for the meat to be "well done". My meat was raw and when I called in and just asked for my refund as I've had it with this place. I was told "NO" and they would replace my salad, but why would i want anythinng after so many problems. I will be contacting whomever I can to get any type of help. The managers and the staff are unhelpful and I cannot get in contact with the owners! I will contact a lawyer being that i'm 9 months pregnant and they expected me to eat raw chicken! SMH read more

Thought I would try a new delivery place due to the big menu selection. got hung up on twice when someone finally did answer they had no idea what they were doing, they even stated they were new which is fine but when she gave me my total of $46 for two people I was shocked.. I gave her my order again and the price did decrease when we received our order and the bill we had been charged for an additional rib tip dinner that we did not order. I then called to talk to a manager and the manager said she would have to call me back when the driver came back with the receipt. after not receiving a call back within 45 minutes I then tried to call back again the person that answered the phone said that they would have to take a message because the manager was in the bathroom. I was never contacted and felt very disregarded as a guest I will never order here again I was charged for something that I did not order and this is bad business on their end and unacceptable. read more
