Robert responded back in a timely fashion with an appointment within a days time frame that was really appreciated as living with pest is gorse specifically during pandemic. He was at the location(s) as promised and did a thorough job of inspecting around the unit to take care of the root cause. He ensured everything was taken care from outside and then treated inside with sprays for the roaches and mice traps inside the unit at all possible location with a warranty period. We had a squirrel that managed to enter our roof, so wanted that taken care of immediately. Mr pro came quickly and used his drone to inspect the roof for the different access points. He provided a quote which seemed reasonable and was able to schedule us in relatively quickly for the repair. The repair seemed to look good to me (at least from the ground level). He does provide a 6 month guarantee that the squirrel(s) won't get in again. FYI I had previously contacted 2 other vendors including Terminix. Terminix pricing was significantly higher. read more

Robert got back to me via chat right away and we spoke the following morning. He set an appointment with me for the same day. Once he got to my property, he made a thorough inspection of the issue (rats outside!) and told me what he found (3 burrows and a dead rat!). He gave us his price to treat the property and his price for a monthly follow-up for the next 4 months. We accepted and he sprayed and baited the area, and removed the dead rat! He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure that everything was done right and he gave us a detailed written plan of service plus a written report of the work he did today for his initial treatment. Rob is amazing. I called him on a Sunday and he came to my house on Monday. I had a beehive behind the insulation in my attic. I had no idea that a beehive was there but hornets kept getting into my bathroom upstairs. I was so upset but Rob came and he gassed the area where the hornets were from the outside. Then he came into the house and found the bees literally walking on a ledge into the attic to a beehive they were building behind the insulation. He removed the beehive and an old beehive that was there. I just moved into this house and so I had no idea that a beehive was previously here. Thank you Rob.
