I have used BowCo pest services twice and both times they were professional, polite and did a great job! The first time I had wasps getting in the house. The tech found the nest and sprayed it. Also gave me tips on how tti prevent it in the future. The second time I was concerned that I had bed bugs from a trip overseas. They sent a tech with a dog to ggi through my home, car and garage. The dog belonged to the tech who is contracted out by the company, and the dog has been doing this for 10 years. No scent of bed bugs was picked up! I was so relieved! I called Bowco on a Thursday to deal with what appeared to be a bee/yellow jacket issue off my deck. The gentleman was professional and said someone would be out the next day. I was given a time frame of 12-4 and by 1:00 I had someone at my house. Carlos was professional, pleasant, engaging and quite easy on the eye. He listened to my concerns. Explained what he would do, and then he went to work as I watched from the safety of indoors. There were many bees and many were landing on him as they tried to "defend" their nest. Thank goodness for his bee suit. When done, he replaced what he removed and left the area as it was. This is the worst company I ever found for removing roaches. I paid $267 to Bowco to remove roaches from my home. The technician stayed 15-20 min. (supposed to be 1 hour). We evacuated home. After 4 hours we entered home and found only trace of chemical spray. Roaches look like increased after the treatment. Nothing happened. Wastage of money. I called the manager. He sent for follow up. The technician put some roach bait which did not work at all. Now I have to call another company. read more

Found a large number of Yellow Jackets coming in and out of an area by my back sliding glass doors, under my siding, and in a very difficult place to access. Being the guy who thinks he can handle any issue like this- I went to work on them with every wasp and bee spray possible. After trying for a week to kill off these jackets it appeared that the number just kept increasing and made accessing the back door a challenge. I knew there must be some large nest under there and I could see myself getting stung trying to play exterminator. Called for free estimate on a Saturday morning thinking we possibly found a bed bug in our bed. The technician came within half an hour and saw that it was actually a flea. What would've been a $2000 treatment for bed bugs turned out to be something he suggested we simply monitor. If we do need a treatment it would be around $200. His honesty was greatly appreciated.
