Great little local place. Had the Paradise burger. Full sized burger, ran through the garden along with chili and slaw. One word MESSY but so good. Had an order of tots and Mac and cheese bites. Both of great quality. Wife had the smaller(only a little, still over 1/4lb) along with fries and was so full I had to finish her fries. Only bad thing here is no inside seating. This place was great, but you need to go super early to snag one of the cinnamon rolls that we tried to get two days in a row. They run out of stuff quickly. The food here is good. Fried foods and bbq. The sweet tea is amazing. They only have a few outdoor tables with a couple fans so if stopping by in the summer time, plan accordingly. We came into Elijay after a hike and saw this place on the drive in. The food was solid. My wife ordered the chili cheese dog and loved it. My daughter got the fish sandwich and also liked that. I got the chicken - which was ok...needed more spice for my liking. The fried green been were amazing and the tots and fries were good too. Stopped here on the way back down to Atlanta and all I can say is wow. They promise simple southern comfort food and deliver exactly that. The meat in my sandwich wasn't dry like a lot of other places. They had a nice sitting area outside and were very compliant with COVID-19 regulations. Can't wait to come again! read more

The Pulled BBQ pork had a good smokey flavor but not enough sauce. The fried okra was decent. The fried squash and fried green beans tasted like they just fried them from frozen. Def wouldn't recommend those 2 sides. The batter was bland and lacking flavor. The cole slaw was decent. The country fried steak was good. Stopped in here for lunch when we were vacationing in GA. My son loooved the Paradise Burger (burger with chili and coleslaw), so much we had to go back there a second time later in the week. I had the cold pimento sandwich, was good. My other son had bacon cheeseburger which he said was good. So then she asked us what we wanted in the most unfriendly way possible. We ordered Mr. P, paradise hamburgers, small fries and a large sweet potato fries. We waited at less 30 to 45 minutes, even after 3 peoples came in after us got their orders before us. Finally, I asked the lady what happened to our order, she said, there were s big order before us and the fries take at less 5 minutes to cook. Well, did she understand how long we waited..
