We've had this dominos before and it was , well, Dominos. Since they had their large 2 topping specials we ordered again. Not sure if it was the pizza makers or what but this last order was the absolute best I've had at dominos. I ordered 3 pizzas because it's a drive since I'm rural and we like leftovers. I have never experienced anything quite like my pick-up experience at this location. I ordered on the App. I got notification that my order was ready. When I went inside, the person who appeared to be in charge was storming through ranting... "why today?", "this is ridiculous," etc. She continued to ignore me as I stood at the counter. She obviously called an employee on her Bluetooth and began ranting the same rant to the employee asking them to come in early. Never once did she acknowledge I was standing at the counter as she paced. When she finally ended the call, I had been standing at the counter for an extended period. She asked if I was there to pick up an order. I nodded. She said "what's the name?" I stated the last name. Horrible experience , bad management and rude! , lies about delivery times ..told me 30-45 mins then came over a hour later, charged my credit card 3 times and once for a completely different price, told me to dispute it with my credit card company???? That made no sense? They didn't give me my money back for the nasty ice cold food but instead a store credit ?? Umm for what?! I would never in my life take the chance ordering from that place again and I'm sure they have a cute little note next to my name when it pops up that I'm like " a crazy customer " lol or something so nooooo not trying to get my pizzas spit on. This is Ellijay, Ga ...not much common sense out here and ppl have no idea how to be professional. But I will say that a sweet lady named Susan works as a driver there and even though my pizza was crazy LATE , I tipped her decent and give her five stars. She was very nice and polite. Great Work Attitude and appreciates her job despite the dumbness around her obviously. She needs to be running that franchise ...not Christy because she SUCKS!!! I have a case right now pending with corporate over this matter , hopefully Christy learns her lesson on how to treat ppl who are paying money to eat there when they could have went to PIZZA HUT OR PAPA JOHNS. I have noticed in the past month upon picking up orders employees had stopped pulling mask over mouths while working. Tonight went to pick up order and not one employee even had a mask on or pulled down. They removed mask signage on door over a month ago. With covid spreading this has definitely made me fill unsafe to eat hear any longer. Sad thing is this is the only restaurant me and my wife have eaten at since March of this year. Horrible customer service by manager and when a pizza was in delivery driver's car for over an hour we cancelled the order. "manager" said I'll find it and HUNG UP when I ask fo his name. He never called the driver and sweet girl still tried to deliver the pizza 30 minutes after we canceled the order. read more

So twice in the last six months I've ordered from here and it's been a total goat fuck both times. The app tells me my order is being prepared and then some mouth breather calls and tells me they can't complete my order. It took 11 days to get my refund processed last time and who knows how long it will take this time. This place deserves to go out of business completely. read more

I have to say, the Dominoes in Ellijay has gotten much worse. I called in to order and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up when another call came in for me. I called back 3 minutes later and was put on hold for 12 minutes before someone came back and then hung up on me. I called right back and was asked again to hold. This time I was in Walmart so I put the call on speaker and did my shopping. After 41 minutes, someone answered and again hung up on me. I was driving by their location by this time so I walked in, stood at the counter when after a few minutes a lady walked by and asked me to wait just a minute again. After another minute she came back to me. I explained I'd been holding and did they not have a system to see who was the next in line to order? She told me yes and that she knew how to do her job. She said I was the second to come in to order since she'd been there. I laughed and said she didn't know how to do her job very well if it was customary that people wait to order for over 41 minutes on hold. I won't be calling in to order again from this Dominies. I hear many others have been talking about how bad the service is that they don't order from there any more either. A real pity the management allows such bad customer service to continue. read more

Online ordering went smoothly as usual ,this is my second attempt at trying this establishment . A year ago I would not but today I try my luck once more, let's see what this entails .My order fired at 5:12 , I lie calmly in my bed in my upstairs study , I have $47.50 and I am going to spend it on my dinner tonight , A roasted sandwich and desserts because my sweet tooth is aching this evening. Oh and don't forget the 2 liter bottle of sprite to wash down these delectable entree and dessert. The tracker tells me that my jefe is Amanda , she will be laboring away and hand-making my order tonight she has placed my order in the oven at 5:13 , my thoughts drift as I am now at 5:20, seven minutes after the order has been placed in the oven , all I can do is wait in anticipation as the order bakes consistently under heat and the watchful eye of the jefe . The tracker let me know Amanda double-checked my order , as we would expect of a master jefe of pizza arts and desserts . I took my time to know that good work comes with time, as I drifted in my thoughts of the course I would be taking tonight. The time now being 5:25 I feel my hunger bite at me. Nothing harsh as in starvation or even terrible , the noticeable nudge of hunger and anticipation of my meal. This is normal for humans though I had thought to myself. The order was on the way the tracker alerted it had been since 5:23 This is speedy is all I could think, and thanked them in future tense for their hardworking attitudes and diligent response to a meal intake . At this point I had opened my window to let my ears be alert to a vehicle coming down my drive . The delivery driver, kym ,then called and asked which gate to my community to use , a salute to resources used while delivering to kym . That was at 5:30 , speedy driving into a community wooded and trailed with gravel. That is the first thought that came to mind , so far my first response to this in review terms is a 4/5 star , but the whole ordeal could turn sour . A lot more sour like a L pattern ambush by Vietcong. Driving as fast as possible I assume by kym it was now 5:35 , dust flailing in the distance of the dirt road I had seen kym , she rode around the cul de sac and stopped gently , as my hunger then manifested fully I stepped down my study ,to the living area ,and out the front door , the sunlight stung in my eyes ever so slightly , I noticed kym and handed her my 47.50. Of course she scanned over it quickly , as is for people to steal pizzas , those in low places of course . We departed ways after that ,her vehicle making a small dust cloud into the distance . This was at 5:39 that we made the exchange of a cash delivered ordera light rain was befalling us that time as well I abruptly went inside and went to the dinner table and.............................................. I opened the first of my 7 boxes and tried my go at the lava cake again , this time it was magnificent 5/5 the lava chocolate flowed and was warm to the tongue . A piece of the chocolate brownie marble cake was amazing this was a impact due to the last I had was burned to a crisp , hands out to the jefe ! 5/5 I then devoured and when I say devoured my newly Aquarius half of oven roasted chicken with cheddar and provolone cheese and jalapeños , I was overcome with moans of whales . 5/5 ‍ jefe plsss Thus I washed it down with sprite and all was well in the Nicolas cage-a-verse I would like to compliment the jefe and the management maybe if not the new a change of the formers attitudes excellente jefes read more

Last time I went there they delivered my pizza late. It was ice cold. We called and they said they could remake it. I told them I would prefer a refund since I didn't want to eat it, and too hungry to wait for them to redeliver. They said that they would comp my next pizza. When I called to get that pizza they said that they wouldn't give away a free pizza. When I told them that they were unprofessional they said that they would not deliver to me anymore. read more
