He took extra effort to give me 4 different estimates for each of the options. While he was measuring the rooms, he also pointed out an electrical outlet issue that I hadn't seen! His team did a fantastic job throughout! They neatly and efficiently removed all the old nasty carpeting, installed the soundproofing layer, the engineered oak flooring, and all the baseboards and thresholds. They were so patient and considerate while I had 2 electricians working on the same day (not exactly ideal, but couldn't be avoided). The most impressive thing to me was their attention to detail and quality work. Even the baseboards were neatly cut to fit around the old radiator covers perfectly. They also do kitchens and other jobs, and I plan to call Danny again for future work.

They replaced some boards due to urine stains from previous owner and you could not even tell where they replaced the boards. They filled in nail spots and areas where the wood boards wouldn't reach our new, thinner base trim. Danny sanded an area to put down 2 stains to show me how the wood would take the stain. It was so great to see a sample of the stain on my actual floors, so there was no guessing in how the finish would turn out.
