Call in last minute and he was able to take me right in! They close later than other smog location so that was definitely a plus since I could take my car in after leaving work. He does not take coupon but his store is clean and he does a great job. I was in and out of the shop in about 15m and the gentleman was very good about giving me any information on my car. What do I say? And how can I say it? Yesterday, I returned to Francisco at Mr. Smog Check based upon my prior experience. My car had failed a smog check 3 mo. ago and I had extensive repairs done to correct the problems encountered. Since the car is a "spare", it had not been driven since the repairs. When I brought the car to Francisco, he ran my registration and asked me why it failed before? I told him that I had the repairs done, but he ASSUMED that the car had been driven through enough cycles to "reset" the PCM computers. Instead of asking me, he ran his OBD scan, and the test failed. He charged me $46.75 for his "test" and THEN told me about the reset sequence. I am completely dissatisfied with Francisco's work ethic and would discourage anyone to do business with him. I paid the fee and left angry, but wiser. read more

Been coming here for 7 years. Recommended my husband to go here yesterday for his Camaro because it's closer that where he goes in West Upland - which his Camaro all fully 100% street California legal. He wouldn't pass him and still charged him the $55!!! So much for the no pass no pay! I'll never be back here again. If you advertise no pass no pay you should honor that now we're out $55 for a car that is legal and will pass smog anywhere. Trying to act like we to a state ref for our smogs. When you get there, just drive to the end of the driveway to get there. There is another car shop in the same parking lot. February 02/2022 First time at this location, we were recommended by a good friend who had used this service for some time. We arrived at around 3:50 after another car who had arrived a couple minutes before us. We were both helped rapidly and got our cars into the lot quickly. Another person arrived at 4 after our cars were already prepped for the smog check. The person seemed upset because he had an appointment at 4.
