Dropped my car off for an oil change at 8 AM on a Saturday. There was a long line of people to get smog checks. When I got to the front, the tech said he could make time for an oil change as long as I drop it off. I live across the street so it wasn't a big deal for me. I walked home and basically by the time I got home and had a cup of coffee, they called me to tell me it was ready. Excellent service! Take your car here for basic needs. Fast start up idle, poor gas mileage with my 2000 4-Runner. Took it to my usual repair shop. After charging me $150 and keeping car overnight. Was told everything was OK, just the car is too old. Before selling the car I took it to Haven Mobil. Told mechanic same problems.Later that afternoon received a call and was told car was repaired. The diagnostic machine gave error codes, after performing the work car runs like new. Will definitely keep the car and so grateful for the repair. read more

I called the day before and explained that I had some early appointments the next day 8/2/25. They said how about 7:45am, I said wonderful! I got there 10 min early, they didn't get there until 7:55, then had to move out some cars to make way for me. Another customer showed up, but the manager explained I was first and he'd be after me. The tec. Finally showed up and they took the walk up instead of me? I went up and said what the heck? I said I made an appointment and was here first! He just looked at the tec. Who shrugged his shoulders. I said I didn't need to be disrespected as I had other cars to be tested soon and would not bring those cars to them. I received my paperwork back and now 1 hour later had to find another smog testing station. I explained I would write a review, and it's like they didn't even have a problem with screwing my appointment or setting me behind for the morning. I have been to see the mechanics a few times before for minor repairs. This review is about a major repair I had done. The sedan (Hyundai Sonata) had a squeak in the front brakes and a creaking sound. At first I thought shocks and struts but no, it was the front upper arms on both sides and some brake maintenance needed as well. The car went in around 11:00 and before 5pm, I got the call they had finished. Locals seem to love this place-and I can see why. Ryan, has great customer service and is very personable. I highly recommend stopping here First because you will save yourself some time. Their price was so much cheaper than the dealership (by a $1000) and they used a better quality part than than the. OEM. Ladies love this place because the guys don't try to oversell you and they don't make you wait or talk down to you. Haven Mobil is an Awesome repair shop! read more

My husband and I have visited this mobile station for small repair needs and smog checks. The guys that work here have always been great. Recently I had an opportunity to visit since I had a critter that hitched a ride home with me from up north. The odor was extreme, I pulled in with my grandchildren in tow and asked if there was a way they were able to get rid of it. Without blinking an eye they grab my keys, put my car on the lift and removed the critter and cleaned underneath the carriage so I would have no lingering odors. If I was just writing a review about the cashier, mechanics and workmanship I would be giving a five star review. I have been coming here for 9 years. We always deal with the Ryan the manager as he is always honest and professional. My husband and I have always had exceptional service except for today. We usually go during the week for services but this week we were too busy. So my husband went in today for an oil change. He has been bringing his lifted truck here for the past 9 years and never had an issue with service. Well today the owner was there as I believe he works weekends. He told my husband that he couldn't service his truck because it was lifted. My husband proceeded to tell him that he's been coming for years and never had a problem. He even showed the owner the sticker in the window from his previous oil change done by them. The owner was so rude and was going to refuse service because the truck is lifted even after seeing the sticker. The guys in the shop were saying it was not a problem as they know us and they know we've spent hundreds of dollars there. I just can't believe that the owner would turn away loyal customers that have sent friends and family to his establishment. In the end he had them service the truck but only after he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lesson of this review is go in during the week only, if you can! read more

I had my smog check done here a few months ago. The guys were very nice and got the check done quickly. I took my car in this morning for an oil change. That was 5 hours ago, I was told it would be done in two hours. I called a few minutes sho and was told oh we have been busy I think it's next but no we don't know when it will be done. Sad I was really hoping this would have gone better. I asked last week if I needed an appointment for an oil change and was told no just drop it off around 8, which I did. I will be going elsewhere next time. They never were able to get my car serviced after it sat for 6 hours and I was calling them I just went and picked up the car. Very disappointed read more

I was unable to get my car smogged here because of the gentleman's computer not working BUT he was the kindest man I've ever encountered in a shop! I called beforehand on a Sunday (every place I called was closed) and the kindest man answered the phone. He let me know to just pull up to his bay and he'd assist me. After about ten minutes of fiddling with his computer he realized it wasn't going to cooperate. He was very sincere and genuine so I really didn't mind. I will however be coming back to this location and hopefully the computer will be working. My car is a '98 and I'm not sure if that's what was effecting the computer... regardless his customer service was wonderful and heart warming. read more

I've been bringing my cars to haven Mobil on lemon and haven for over 10 years, always getting pretty good results at a fair price, the staff was always helpful and mostly courteous , but yesterday I brought in my car at 8:00 Am and didn't receive an update, so I finally called at around 4:40 to authorize the work, so it's now after 7:00 pm still no call to come get it or otherwise , so my wife and I come by there at 7:10, the place is closed, so I ask the extremely RUDE guy working behind the counter if my car is done, he says yes, so I tell him I wonder how long my car been sitting outside finished with no communication with me, he says maybe the service dept forgot to call you. Ryan at Haven Mobil has been taking care of my family's vehicles for many years. Everything from oil changes, smog certifications to engine repair. I feel they give me a fair price, quality work and on time service. My wife has even stopped by with a nail in her tire and they repaired it for free. In auto repair is not always black and white, things can happen that are not seen before they start work. I accept that. I feel they tell me the truth when this happens. As a business owner myself I feel customer service is number one. I need my truck to perform my job. When it's out for repair it's hard on me to make it to the job site. I can trust Haven Mobil to keep my vehicles in working order. Last week while driving my wife's car the alternator went out and I was towed in at 11:30 am, Ryan was able to get it replaced even though they needed to stay an extra 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon.
