Easy drive thru spot right off of 377. Will your car be amazing clean afterwards, no. Can you get a decent clean for less than $10? Yepppp! I wish the free vacuums were better but they do ok. The rest is up to you! I bring some window wipes that I keep in the trunk, some paper towels and after it's all said and done, it's a pretty good clean when I'm finished. read more

Extremely efficient car wash system (I got startled for a second with the dry blowing machine at the end lol). Very friendly and nice people working here. Definitely a great addition to this town. It's your typical car wash, but the people who work here and how good of a basic car wash could be, make a big difference. It looks like the place is run by the whole family, which probably explains why they seem to care more. They also offer free vacuum, which is a huge plus. You'd think it's a given by now for all car wash places, but there are some that don't have free vacuum. I have lived in a bigger, more populated town, and they didn't have a legit car wash place. Was pleasantly surprised to see Mr. Speedy, saved me the long drive of another 20miles or so. read more

Zipp Express took over the Speedy Car wash about 90 days ago. DO NOT Use this wash until wash issues have been fixed. The manager told me they have two open service tickets open and the Zipp corporate office is not sending anybody out to complete the fixes. Used to love this place. They always did great job. New owners now. Not nearly as thorough. Paid for $15 wash today but car was still dirty. Complained and they ran it through again. Still dirty. Only one guy spraying down only one side of the car, and no one brushing the front and back like they used to. The place was always the best, now it's just like all the others. Terrible place! Some of the brushes didn't even touch my car, right side still dirty. The fans were not working so my care wasn't blown off. Then got out to vacuum out the floors, vacuum system wasn't working. This place gets worse every time I go there. I will drive to Fort Worth before I go back there. When ownership changed from Mr Speedy to Zips so did the level of service. They still have many of the same employees and some new but whether it be new or old they all do nothing like before and told me they were instructed to not scrub the vehicle with the brushes prior to wash any longer. so as a result you would have to go through more than once and in my case three times. now tell me how is this business model going to work. Not going to work for me I'm canceling my two monthly passes after I get a few washes per day everyday for a while as a form of protest! read more

My automatic wipers came on when they started hosing and cleaning, the attendant who was wiping the windscreen did not stop before I could turn them off, broke one of the wipers, didn't apologize. Went and spoke to the manager who was very rude, told me there was nothing he could do, and told me to read the terms and conditions. went to this car wash 10/04 at 11am. the girl using the brush had a I don't care look all over her face and body. I already knew she was not going to do her job. And she didn't, that side of my truck still had bugs under my wipers and smears of bugs on the front bumper. very disappointed! I go there once a week for the 18.00 wash. lots of carwashes in Granbury, I will try a different one next time. Terrible service and I left with water spots looking just like it had before the wash. Soap all over both side mirrors and when I pulled around the answer was "sorry too bad we don't do anything about that" also the guy who sold me the $15 car wash said it came with a cloth wipe down and NOTHING. when I asked, he said "what I meant was one of the blowers does a cloth wipe down after" LOL. I went into the business on Wednesday Oct 11,2017 to get my car washed and detailed. Staff told me they couldn't detail it bc they were understaffed, so they told me they would make me an appointment. I left them my name and phone number then wait 4 days to get my car detailed and washed. When I show up on Saturday to get my car detailed employee tells me he "forgot" to take payment from me the day he booked my appointment so he just gave my appointment to someone else and I would now have to wait 45 mins just to have my vehicle touched! I have never worked anywhere where the client is punished bc the employee made a mistake and ALSO I could have been called to let me know what they had done to me instead of waiting 4 days then planning my schedule around my appointment thent driving all the way up to the business to be treated this way! read more

Have used this car wash several times and have loved it. However, I went last Friday 9/15, tunnel invoice 93478. Made my purchase and proceeded in to the car wash. The car wash pull lane and wash rollers/brushes were running at a higher speed and was noticeable. At one point one of the rollers was caught on the passenger side mirror. That roller pulled my passenger side mirror back. Fortunately, when I exited the wash I pulled around and inspected my vehicle towards the window glass.The only damage was that my antenna on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler was bent and misshapen. I called the wash just to let management or the owner know. The phone is strictly for information and no message can be left. read more

This car wash really does go by it's name! It is fast and efficient. What many people probably don't realize it is also reclaims the water used in a very effective environmentally friendly system. The people are friendly. The cost is competitive. I signed up for the monthly manager special and can run through the carwash any time it is open! read more

Good car wash with friendly staff members. You can purchase a wash pass for a monthly fee and go as often as you like. Would give it five stars but it is a bit dangerous when pulling out of the car wash back onto Highway 377, but you can always make a U-turn and exit out the back. read more

I've been coming here off and on for years in my pickup. Every visit my bed was clean aside from 3 ropes very securely tied in my bed. Slack properly managed and secured with a simple trucker's hitch. Absolutely nothing long enough to come close to exiting the bed without human hands untying a simple hitch knot. Never a problem until today. I was informed that management was on a tear about some other jerk with unsecured debris going through the wash. Was told everything, no matter how securely tied down or heavy had to come out. I was told that they would untie my ropes for me to stay out of trouble with the boss. Now just about any fool on earth could see that these ropes were not any danger to the equipment, and most men I know can untie a truckers hitch in 2 seconds. So, imagine my surprise when two minutes later I look back in my mirror and watch someone cutting the final rope instead of simply untying it. Braided polyester rope isn't some ordinary cheap rope, and this yahoo decides to just cut it and hand me the pieces like here is your property that I intentionally destroyed.... Thanks for your business, come again... I would have had a better experience if the yahoo had just admitted he needed help. I would have gladly stepped out, showed him that all he had to do was pull this little 12" long piece of rope to untie the hitch then feed the slack back through a loop to remove everything in 1 piece... only takes 10 seconds if I take my time about it.... Instead I'm left with a chore to re-melt the ends of a rope that was cut into 3 sections (they kept the third section)... will need to buy another for my truck because this one is too short now... Your mileage may vary. read more

Very disappointing. The wash itself was fine, but the blower/dryer at the end was set too high, and ripped off part of my grill. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I got home several hours later. I called & left a message for the manager/owner, and also went back to the facility. All my contact information was provided both on the phone and in person. To date, I have received no contact from them, and it happened over two months ago. I've since replaced the parts on my grill. The great $15 car wash bargain ended up costing well over several hundred dollars. read more

On May 5, 2017, my wife was going through Mr. Speedy Car wash when she heard a loud banging sound. The wash was stopped for a short time then resumed. She came home to find that the factory installed SHO emblem on the drivers side of our 2013 Ford Taurus SHO which is in garage kept , very excellent condition was missing and the drivers side of the car from the front fender back through the rear quarter panel had paint gouges to the metal and minor denting obviously caused by the emblem being caught in the brushes and striking the car during the wash. We immediately went back to the car wash, and the manager retrieved the missing emblem, and stated that it had been tangled in the brushes and that is why they stopped the wash. Why they did not notify my wife before she left the car wash is a mystery. We filled out an incident report and waited to be contacted by the owner Mr. Kent McKern. After not being contacted for more than a week, I took my car back to the car wash and showed Mr. McKern the damage which he stated was minor even though the cost to repair was $1520. He stated that he and the wash were not responsible for repairs to vehicles damaged during the wash process irregardless of what the cause was. He stated that he believed the emblem was loose but I know that was not the case. I asked that since they have a video system which clearly shows the cars entering the wash if they had kept that video for evidence of a loose part. He stated that they had not and that the video overwrites itself every 4 to 5 days. I firmly believe he reviewed the video and since it did not support his belief that the part was loose, chose to allow it to be overwritten. I would advise that potential customers be aware of Mr. McKern's policy that they are not responsible for damages to vehicles going through the wash irregardless of what may have caused the damages. read more
