The pictures say everything you need to know. The final insult was them acting like they didn't have change when I went to pay them. The guy asked around, nobody had any cash. I'm pretty sure he was fishing for a tip because when I said I didn't have any other way to pay, magically a giant wad of cash came out of his pocket and he had enough fives and tens in there to make change for me several times over... My biggest regret? Not paying with a credit card so I could file a chargeback. If you want a clean car, consider going elsewhere... Not all of the pictures show up for some reason so I'll list everything... Glovebox wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Sand on the floor in the back. Center console wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Interior trim still has gunk and crud in the nooks and crannies. Brand new stain on the back of center row seat, that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. White specks of what looks like paint on the front passenger seat, not there when I dropped the car off. Floor mats were poorly cleaned, some still have pebbles stuck to them. Overall, very dissatisfied with their work.

Yesterday did not disappoint when Kevin helped with detailing on my H3 so I could enter her in a local car show! I have an appt. next week for a clay rub and wax to protect the finish before another hard Michigan winter. These guys are great, check it out. They prep the vehicle BEFORE it goes through the automatic wash and it comes out clean every time. Many car washes won't touch my H3 with a 10 foot pole and that's fine with me. My oversized tires fit in their newly updated track system no problem! I have no worries when I'm going through the wash! When I went to get in my car, I noticed the driver's seat had a rip in it. There wasn't a rip in the leather seat when I gave them the keys to my car. I pointed it out right away, and was told that the manager was off duty. I left my name and number for the manager to call me on Monday. it's been more than three months and I've never received a call. Apparently they don't accept responsibility for damage they cause to vehicles.

Gave them another chance went back no brushes still I talked to the person working and still washing cars..taking people's money not saying a word to anyone! We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! Recently, I noticed some unusual charges in my bank account. After looking into it, I discovered that my wife's car was being charged $16 for every single wash, instead of the monthly rate we originally signed up for. When I checked the app on her phone, I saw there is now a feature that allows individual wash purchases. Somehow, her account was switched to that option without our knowledge. I contacted the corporate office and explained the situation, but they claimed they could do nothing and told me to contact the specific location. When I called the location, I spoke with a very smug representative who insisted that they "always explain" that individual wash purchases incur per-wash charges. I explained that no one had spoken to either of us--we signed up through the app and never interacted with staff at the location. For context, their top-tier unlimited wash plan is $34.95 a month, allowing daily washes. Yet in just five weeks, they charged my account $96 for individual washes. I proposed a simple, reasonable solution: keep the $34.95 monthly fee for two months and refund the difference. They refused outright. This was not an accident, and their policy claims they thoroughly explain charges--something that did not happen. Despite seeing two years of consistent monthly subscription use from both my wife and me, they chose to prioritize an extra $25 instead of retaining loyal customers. I told them they could enjoy the $96 because we will never spend another penny at this or any Tommy's Car Wash location. There are dozens of monthly car wash options across Metro Detroit, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They clearly do not care about their customers. It's disheartening that customer service has fallen this far. Even when presented with clear evidence of unusual charges completely outside our normal usage pattern, they were more concerned with squeezing a few extra dollars than doing the right thing. Absolutely incredible--and profoundly unprofessional. I only wish there was an option to give zero stars.
