The countertops were spotless and with no stools or seating it's easy to see why. The place is profoundly busy and tiny, so there isn't really room to host a bunch of people. Even their employees must not have a break room, so they sit in a roped off area at a little table with their back to the customers for added privacy. It's really not private though. I heard my name called and I scooped up my cup of green delight. Oh I do adore warm boba. The cool creamy honeydew sweetness enveloped the chewy anise pearls and it was a decadent treat I absolutely savored. I didn't feel rushed and I lingered just a bit while I enjoyed my honeydew boba. I recently saw this new boba spot on Yelp and thought that since this place has a high rating, it was worth a shot. When I walked in, no one was even there to take my order. When they came and saw me, they didn't even bother to apologize for the wait. I bought the pineapple green tea because they recommended it. When I received my drink, an older lady worker there explained to me that everything they make here is fresh and no powders and asked me if I had a Yelp to write a review. I kindly smile at her saying that it's great that there's a boba shop that sells fresh things with no use of powder. I got home and took one sip out of my drink and spit it out immediately. It was as if I took a whole mouthful of sugar with some hint of pineapple. Makes me think if they have just used flavored sugar instead of fresh fruit like they advertised. I've seen a lot of pictures on Instagram about this place, so I thought I might give them a try. Truthfully, the drinks are not that great. Let me explain. First, the fruits are made of syrup that comes from a container. NOT FRESH FRUITS. I saw an employee refilling the syrup from a container, not fresh fruit.. I was highly disappointed since the motto is about fresh fruits. The only fresh fruit they use is taro, I think. Secondly, I asked the same employee what kind of sweeteners goes in the drinks, and they said fructose sugar.. Finally, a light bulb drink cost about $6, which I believe cost too much for a boba drink. I'm sure you can find other boba places that's better for you for half the cost. read more

This was not a good experience what so ever. Ordered a total of 2 drinks and none lived up to our expectation. Last night my boyfriend wanted to try the boba milk tea and I wanted to try the matcha lattes everyone is talking about. It took about 15 MINUTES to get two drinks.. In my opinion, this place is over hyped. The drink was a big disappointment. It had absolutely no tea flavor, tasted like something I could easily make at home matcha powder, sugar, and ice. The tea tasted completely different from other places and that's not in a good way. Lots of amazing quality boba places have been opening up in Vegas, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. The service is horrible! The drinks have no taste what so ever. My friend and I ordered a taro smoothie and a classic milk tea. As I watched the girl who made my drink, she put a lot of ice in my drink. Upon watching that I asked if she could put light ice, but didnt do anything. She said "I already put the ice in." No apology or she didn't bother taking some ice out. Terrible. To the owners: I recommend getting a whole new staff who knows customer service. Otherwise, Your business will not survive. read more

Also, saw a fly fly into a drink, and server paid no mind to it. Get employees that look out for stuff like that.... Loved the taro milk tea and strawberry smoothie. Discovered that you can come up with your own combinations. Like banana pineapple smoothie or white peach smoothie. Oh so good. Pinapple green tea is my new favorite drink. I like that the teas are fresh with real fruit ingredients. Before Mr. Tea I'd only had powdered milk tea. The lady greeted me right away when I entered and helped me with the menu. I decided to change my sweetness level after paying and they were very accommodating. No complaints here. However, the quality of the drink was subpar. I ordered the Paradise Milk Tea with boba. I unfortunately barely tasted the tea, it was too milky. They should probably increase the tea proportion by 2-3 the amount they're using now. I ended brewing my own tea at home to add to it. In regards the boba, it was warm, which gave me the impression they made it fresh. But upon biting into it, the outside is chewy while the center was still a little hard. I can't speak for their smoothie and other drinks, which might be better. I think they have room for improvement and have potential which is why I'm giving them a 3 star.

The matcha wasn't as deep in flavor as I normally like it, and I wished I had adjusted the sweetness to a 50% instead of having it full 100%.
