It's hard to find a good mechanic, but I was fortunate to stumble on this place. They provide great service, are willing to spend time to troubleshoot,, work quickly and efficiently, and the cost seems appropriate. I see prior negative reviews, which are entirely contrary to my experience (and suspect they may be from different management). Very low pressure, they keep you updated, and the work is done quicker than expected. Amazing service. I was having tire issues and brought my car here. I'm so glad I did. I called first, explained my tire issues and they told me to bring my car right in. I headed over. There was no wait. They asked for my information and took my car in immediately. They fixed my tire rim and sealed my tire. They showed me my tire and the rim on my car before they put it back on. I spoke with Zack who claims he is a manager at not just this location but multiple locations. I was told I had roadside service with my tire purchase. The location I bought the tires from told me they could replace my tire on Monday for free. When I went to this location Zack was nothing short of rude and not helpful. He refused to honor the roadside service that I clearly paid for and went on to tell me how he was going to confront the staff at the other location for helping me. I ended up having to come out of pocket another $230 after I just spent well over $1,000 less then 5 days ago. I will never return to this location in the future. read more

Are you kidding me? this place is a horror show. Brought back a tire they mounted for me with a rim leak. Figured they'd cover it because I'd done 6 new tires there in the last year. Always paid with cash; around $20. They hit me for $36 despite that they did it wrong the first time, just to remount a tire! No patch, this is basically a brand new tire.... Here is the actual charge list on the invoice: Flat Repair and Rebalance (included vulcanized patch) $15.00 Tire Repair $8.99 Total Service $23.99 Balance with flat repair $9.39 Total Tire Service $9.39 Subtotal $33.38 Tax 2.67 Grand Total $36.05 Now,,,,I think a 5th grade child can see the problems here... When I called the headquarters to inquire, she looked up my invoices and only had ones from 2 years ago, which tells me when I paid the $20 twice in 2022 it never made it to the cash register. read more

Not many places actively take into account customers time and money when things don't go smoothly. When some routine maintenance took a surprisingly long time to complete, I was annoyed. But with an apology and a steep discount, I really had no reason to be annoyed. My time and my money had been considered and because of this I will continue to have work done here. So I have a long time customer of this location, as well as my coworkers and friends who bring their cars to this location. I understand a lot of staff has been switched out over some time now- and I will absolutely not return, my husband and have advised all my coworkers to not take their cars to this shop. The guy who runs the counter who prices the parts and service for auto work is unprofessional and has been the WORST CASE OF PRICE GOUGING I've ever seen in my life. Some pieces priced as if I was at the dealership itself. I have since then taken the estimate to another shop right next to them who gave me a total estimate of less than HALF of what I was quoted with the rude man at me. Tire, and half means thousands of dollars in my case. We are absolutely taking to all forms of social media and letting every single person we know to stay away from mr. tire due to outrageous price gouging that should be criminal! I have never had an issue with the mechanics themselves or other staff it's this one guy and sadly he cannot be avoided at this location. read more

This place is the worst car service I've ever been to. The man at the front desk was BEYOND rude. I told him I was having an issue with my back tire but no idea what it was (I know very little about cars) and he said "okay, so what do want us to do about it? what's wrong with it" with much attitude. And I replied I didn't know what was wrong with it and that's why I came there. I came to the front desk to ask another question and he didn't even acknowledge me as I was speaking, didn't even look at me, just kept typing on the computer. The building is filthy and basically falling apart. I chose to stand outside and wait because I wasn't going to sit in the dirty waiting room. Had a tire low on air light on my dash was on, they took it right in checked all four tires and found no punctures/issues. They filled all four tire to the recommended pressure, reset the sensors to represent the appropriate tires and sent me on my way, No charge. Never tried to sell me anything unneeded. read more

I have gone to other Mr.Tire locations in the past and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. THIS LOCATION IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. The older gentleman at the front counter is nothing short of terrible. He spent 25 minutes on the phone without even acknowledging me or the other person who had walked in. I had a flat tire that I needed to have looked at/repaired and the gentleman WITHOUT even looking at my flat tire told me I was going to have to purchase a brand new tire. (I had just bought all four tires not even a year ago!) Next he told me it would take about 30 minutes to switch it out, I waited over 2 hours and wasn't given any explanation as to why it was taking so long! Unless they get some better staff I will taking my business elsewhere and NEVER looking back! read more

Would definitely recommend taking your car to anywhere but here. We got a flat tire while visiting family for the weekend. Called this location on Saturday morning, gave them the model of the car, let them know we would need a new tire, and we needed to get the car back the same day. They said it wouldn't be a problem, and told me to drop off the car. Brought it in at 9:30 AM, and was told I should get a call in a couple of hours. Hadn't heard from them by 1 PM, so I called to check on the status and was told they hadn't looked at it yet, but I should hear from them in a couple of hours. Still hadn't heard from them by 4 PM, so I called again and was told they hadn't looked at it yet, but I would be the next car they looked at, and they were open until 7 PM, so it wouldn't be a problem to get my car done that day. They called about 30 minutes later to let me know that they didn't have a tire that would fit my car, and they wouldn't be able to get a tire until Monday morning. When I asked why they didn't check to see if they had a tire for my car when they dropped it off, I was told it wouldn't have mattered because they still wouldn't have been able to get a tire before Monday morning. Why I tried to explain that it would have mattered to me because they I still would have had the whole day to find someplace else that had the right tire in stock, the guy on the other end of the phone didn't really seem to care. Horrible customer service. Thankfully, Mavis Discount Tire had not just one, but two brands of tire in stock that would fit my car, and they were able to get us in and out in 90 minutes on Sunday morning. I would highly recommend Mavis the next time you need tires on your car. read more

This is the worst place to go for any service. The Monroe company does not back any of the so-called work that is performed in this shop. Manager there is also not easy to deal with. They attempted to fix my brakes twice, without success and damaged my car in the process. Their insurance company would also not take responsibility.
