Offer Up "Deal" $25 for Used Tires Installed. What they tell you when you are here is that if you get "Matching" used tires, then the price Doubles! Who in the right mind would buy two tires that are different, even if they're used and that the ad says nothing about this. Also, sure they will install them, but they don't balance the tires, because of course, that's extra. So coming in for $25 used tires thinking sure I'll pay $50 for two, ends up being over $100. If that is not crooked, I have no idea what is. The only thing I will say, though is the two employees that were there were very nice, and they were just doing what the owner told them to do. To fix your alignment right . they did a wheel alignment with a bad part that the alignment didn't work properly. They don't care about the quality of work they preform. Lazy and a Liar. I called with the specific tire size asking if they had a used tire available. The guy who answered the phone said they had it and gave me a quote. I get to the shop and they said they don't have it and they tried to upsell me to a brand new one. He said I should have called. Then when I told him I called 30 minutes prior to arriving he said "oh I know we had one 2 weeks ago." Then they call me 10 minutes later saying he found one... I told him I'll go somewhere else. I don't want liars who are trying to upsell me and waste my time in 90 degree weather. I called around to change out the tires to a different set of tires I had on my M6 and they gave me a fair (not the cheapest, but they seemed more knowledgable than other cheaper places I talked to, but not overly expensive. They advised me on what to do when I had a bolt lock that didn't fit on my new wheels- which was helpful. I also got a nail in my tire and they fixed it very quickly no appointment needed. read more

Completely unprofessional and careless. I brought my car in to this shop for a brand new tire. That was the only issue. After the installation, I left and immediately noticed a loud scraping sound coming from my car. I brought it back right away, and instead of owning up to anything, they told me my brakes were broken and that it had nothing to do with the work they did. My brakes were fine before. I didn't come in with a brake problem. The only people who touched my car were their mechanics. And now suddenly there's a major issue? They took no responsibility, showed no concern, and gave me nothing but excuses. I trusted them with my vehicle and left with a bigger problem than I started with. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your car and your money, go somewhere else. read more

On November 2024, I visited Arrow Tire and Wheel Shop to schedule an appointment for my car service. I dropped off my car for service. The service representative assured me the vehicle would be ready by Saturday evening. However, I did not receive any updates that day. There was consistent disagreement and miscommunication throughout this entire ordeal. I received a call from the service representative, who informed me that my car required additional work and due to a significant part, my vehicle was still not functioning properly. He stated that to resolve the issue, He quoted me $1,500 cost for the repair. At that point, I instructed the shop to stop all work and informed the representative that I would pick up my vehicle. He agreed and provided me with a breakdown of the work he claimed to have performed. However, upon having my car inspected by another car dealership, I discovered that none of the work had been performed. I'm working closely with BBB regarding the matter. After the Bureau of Automotive Repair Agency inspected my car they also confirmed, that the work the company claimed they did was in fact not done. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest and untrustworthy and unprofessional. read more

I bought all four new tires here and had them installed it but the guy who installed it forgot to tighten the rear left bolts making for the car very dangerous to drive, me and my kids have to bust a U turn twice before making it back to their shop to have them fix. I've had two sets of wheels/tires balanced here and both times they did not balance the wheels correctly. They are aftermarket wheels so I thought maybe it was a bad quality wheel the first time. The second time the balance was soo bad that I took the wheel off the car and noticed that there were weights mounted all over the wheel, it should only be on opposing sides. Not sure what kind of game was being played here, but you should take your business elsewhere. read more

You gave me a price I didn't ask questions I never asked to save money. I asked for service. You and your team failed at providing that. When I returned Paul was eating lunch and you joking said he just got in and he's taking a lunch. So you must have caused him to become angered then he took it out on me. Also I wanted to add I looked closer because I all of this didn't make sense and I noticed the radiator flush that I paid for was never even done. I'm just hoping that the oil change the full synthetic mobile one that you charged me $140 for is actual mobile one full synthetic that I've been putting in the truck since day one, but after seeing the radiator flesh wasn't done. I have my suspicions so the question I have to you Robert is do you think it's time to take control your business and not have your employees run it for the fear of losing mechanics? read more

I popped my tire on the way to Vegas and called ahead of time to see if they had the correct size for the tire. They lied and told me that they have that tire size. Not only, did they not have the correct size, but they gave me a 6 year old used tire. The Used tire was not the issue, but the fact that the tire was SIX YEARS OLD was the issue. At 4:38, I called the owner, named Robert, and said I have a flat tire. I asked if I could bring my car to the shop to get it fixed and said I was a mile away. He said they could, but to hurry because they were closing soon. I got there at 4:45 and the guys working there said they were closed and they couldn't fix the tire. I said I spoke with the owner...the owner was not there...and he told me I it could be fixed. He still said no. I said I drove here and now will have to get it towed home. The worker said I could leave the car there and it would be fixed first thing in the morning. I declined and called the owner back. He said, no...they should fix it. I then relayed to the workers that the owner said to fix the tire. They still said no. I called the owner back and he said I gave his employees attitude and that he didn't want to deal with my calls all night. After that one employee asked if I had cash. I said I did. Last time I was charged $40 for just the changing of brake pads, not including parts nothing else included, on the SAME vehicle, now they increased the price by $20. Obviously they've lost a lot of customers, Robert's witty and rude remarks may have been the reason too! Not recommended! I called the shop to get an alignment and explained the type of car and setup I had. The owner asked me if my car was lowered and I said yes. So he then quotes me $90 for alignment which is reasonable. I get there and dropped off my car and when I picked it up I was charged $180. The owner was busy with another car and i didn't want to argue because i was in a rush to get out of town. I've never payed over $110 for an alignment and I've owned this car for over 10 years. Perhaps their old equipment and lack of specialty tools required to align my type of car was the reason for the up charge. That should not be a customers fault. Edit after owners reply... 1- a right hand drive car has nothing to do with alignment. 2- you inspected the car before I left and told me you were good. 3-that shop is not worth $90/hr 4- any alignment shop can do the job 5- i should have walked out when you asked me how to adjust the rear toe on a stock part 6- AGAIN your shop is not worth $90/hr I'm just letting other people that this is not the best alignment shop around town. read more
