The shop replaced parts based solely on the service code but did not perform additional diagnostics to confirm the actual root cause of the problem. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue. Communication was a major problem throughout the process. My truck was kept for nine days -- despite being told the repair would take about three days -- and multiple phone calls went unanswered. I was also told different explanations about the delay and repair status, which created confusion and frustration. Because the issue remained unresolved, I ultimately had the vehicle towed to another diesel mechanic. The second shop identified the true root cause within a few hours, and it turned out the parts replaced by the first shop were not related to the actual problem. I understand that diagnostics can sometimes be challenging, but clear communication, accurate troubleshooting, and follow-through are essential when customers rely on their vehicles. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
