I discovered this business while looking for towing services around me. The dispatcher was able to swiftly assist me and direct me to the nearest driver who could tow my vehicle. I called every so often (about three times) to check on the status of my driver/car and the projected arrival time of my vehicle. His first priority was safety for me and my passenger when he stopped with flashers on to alert other drivers. Then he helped get me pushed around the corner onto the shoulder of East bound 40 Hwy where we could wait for a tow. Crazy traffic that time of day. The driver didn't have to stop to help -- as he was on the way to another emergency. But for our safety, safety of the car, and safety of other drivers he took his own time to stop and help.
