It's clear that customer experience and food quality are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for clean food or respectful service.

They also offer a house tea that goes along with the name Choublak (which the owner Marcus mentioned means hibiscus). The tea contains sorrel and is definitely worth trying if you visit. Another thing I appreciated was seeing a hands-on owner. Marcus is both the owner and the chef, and it shows in the attention to the food and the way he interacts with customers.
