We ordered a six-piece of wings, some cheese curds, and a couple of burgers. The wings blew us away. Great dry rub, super crispy, with this backyard-BBQ smoke flavor I still struggle to describe. It took me straight back to backyard cookouts -- that char, that flavor you only get off the grill. These wings had it, and we were hooked. After that we explored the city a bit before going to our hotel. We only stayed the one night, but before heading home the next day, we stopped by and got another round. Since that first visit in 2020, we've driven up a few times a year just for the wings and tell EVERYONE that will listen about this spot. A few things to know before you go: they don't do to-go orders on the wings. And they're popular enough that even on a random Tuesday night, we once showed up craving them and found a line down the street.
