Every time I come to Stenys I have a great time. Plenty of TVs for sporting events, good food menu, and quick service. Only complaint would be they changed their ranch sauce. This is a great bar to watch a sports game and drink but I can't say anything else that's positive about this place. The food quality, the service, the prices all have made this place more and more less desirable to go to. The 'best wings in Milwaukee' are no more and the quality, texture, taste, grilled flavor is just not there anymore and def not for 20$ for a dozen wings. Last time I had a pizza and everything was wrong with it. The crust was poor quality ingredients, the cheese and tomato sauce had no flavor or original taste and the pizza was warm not even hot costing us more than 20$ for it. Also the servers kept coming up to us every 3 minutes I swear asking how was our food, do we want more drinks up charging us left and right while we were in the middle of conversations. Avoid going here unless you getting shuttle to one of local sporting events. read more

Our server Jordan was the absolute best! She was so friendly, accommodating and made our evening so enjoyable. We took the shuttle for the Brewer game & enjoyed some eats beforehand! Who doesn't know or love Steny's? They are ground zero for The Polar Plunge on New Year's Day.The tradition continued and Steny's knows how to treat us.They are always so welcoming for our group of crazy idiots,who go swimming in Lake Michigan on New Year's.They have an excellent selection of beers and a great pub style menu,with lots of greasy good options! I decided on just an order of the Curds with rance for dipping.They were well fried and gooey on the inside,just the way they should be.My friend ordered the Milly Cheese steak with chips and gave it high marks for flavor.Our waitress was awesome and able to keep everything straight with our large group (not always an easy task with almost 20 person group we had) .All in all ,I can see why Steny's is still around and even growing,with a new one in Peawukee,and another opening in Mequon soon They are a Walker's Point staple and if you go,you'll be glad you did,with the extensive menu,you can't go wrong!! read more

I've been here other occasions and even attended a private party in the back room a few years ago. Food is always fantastic and staff are always kind and prompt. Tonight was no exception. Stopped here for a snack and brew to take the shuttle to the Brewers game with a friend. We split the Ruben rolls and had a drink. Loved the rolls, we thought they were filled so full and the sauce was tasty. It's what is inspiring a future Ruben roll crawl- I'll keep you posted on that- but these are great! I will continue to go for the vibes but the food is still just meh. I will always stand by they offer great service and help you have a great time with some great drink specials. We had the bacon ranch pizza which just did the job but didn't do anything more than that. I think my biggest things are as a pizza lover the inconsistency in the crust. Just went back to try the food at Steny's, and I'm so impressed! Last night, a friend and I went to Steny's in Walker's Point for their burger deal, and it was fantastic! I'm a huge fan of a good smashburger, and this one did not disappoint. The griddled onions were such a nice touch. Heads up: it comes with just cheese and onions, so I added lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and it hit the spot. The burger deal is their Signature Smash Burger for $12 and it comes with fries or chips. I definitely had leftovers for the next day so it was well worth it! The atmosphere was that classic dive bar vibe--perfect for a laid-back bite in an awesome neighborhood of Milwaukee. Our server was amazing! She was quick, attentive, and friendly! She really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome by stopping to chat for a minute or two. And my Bloody Mary was on point! We went on a Thursday night (wing special). It was extremely busy when we got there for football and the wing special. There are tons of TVs throughout the entire place regardless of where you're sitting. We ordered the Cheese Curds for an app with katana (highly recommend) and they have a great rotating beer list. The wings were very crispy which I like but were not very saucy. I believe this is how they serve them looking at other reviews. Not a fan of that style but they were still good. Stennys is a great place to come and watch any of the games literally any of the games. They probably will have it on one of their many TVs in the restaurant. The wings are good and typically what we come to order. They always have a good rotating tap and have good offerings in bottles and cans as well. This place is really great if you wanna catch a bite and drink before the Buck's game as they have a shuttle that'll take you and pick you up to I believe all major Fiserv events. The servers and bartenders are a great time and the ambiance is really lively. The space is large and they even have a back space when it's really packed and popping. read more

Honestly, this place gets stars just from having a kitchen that is open late as much as anything else. I cannot overstate how great it is to be able to find a place like this for after a concert. I suspect that the parking situation can get iffy at times, just based on the size of the nearby lot, but this place is totally worth the inconvenience. I actually placed a to go order on the way back to my hotel after a concert, but from what I saw while waiting for my food, the place has great dive bar vibes. As for the food, I cannot recommend the Crab Rangoon pizza enough. How other restaurants haven't copied this, I'll never know. The fries are also great. I don't know the next time I'll visit Milwaukee, but I know when I do, I will stop by here again read more

This a wings only review. I actually haven't tried anything else here besides the wings cause what's the point? There wings are some of my favorite and always get it when I'm back in town. Our go tos are the spicy garlic and the garlic Parmesan. When we eat there we keep them sauces and there is a nice extra char from them grilling the wings. When we get them to go we get ''em naked and they're so crispy and still just as delicious. Definitely go and eat the wings! read more

This is a great sports bar with more than enough TVs to ensure you will be able to watch your game from any seat in the place. Bucks, Brewers, Packers, and Bills fans will feel right home at Steny's. The staff provides friendly service and is attentive. Regarding the food, it is great pub food. For appetizers, you can't go wrong with their cheese curds. I tend to get wings when I visit, there is a great selection of dry and wet seasonings. My personal favorites are honey BBQ and lemon garlic. This was my first visit to Stenny"s and it did not disappoint. First impression was the great vibe. It felt comfortable and fun. Our server Josie was fantastic. She had such positive energy about her. No request was too small. I had the G Thang salad as a wrap and suffice to say it was over the top good. Sweet and spicy and very satisfying. It was served with a ton of very good fries. I forgot to take a picture this time. My friends had the smash burger which they raved about. I will absolutely be back. Was in Milwaukee for the first time ever for a NYE gig, and the promoter brought us here for an early lunch. He said that this spot was well known for their bar food, and that we absolutely had to try the cheese curds, as this is a typical local delicacy. He also recommended the crab rangoon pizza. The place is a very typical sports bar grille type of spot - so if you're looking for a casual, no frills, non bougie no bs place to get your fix of football, food and beer, this place is it. Place was very clean - our server was super friendly and helpful, along with the other staff we interacted with. They had a nice selection of beers, and I opted to try one of the local IPAs that our server recommended, along with the cheese curds and crab rangoon pizza. The food came out nice and hot, fairly quickly, which is appreciated by this adopted NY'er. And it was delicious. Should I ever find myself in Milwaukee again, I will definitely be going back. ps - my only semi complaint, and it's a minor one - they need to change the description of the Philly Sandwich. "Mississippi style" shredded beef? No. If you're gonna serve a Philly sandwich (presumably the famed Philly cheesesteak), you have to get it right - it's chopped up ribeye steak, caramelized fried onions, usually served "with wiz", on an amoroso roll ;) read more

We visited Stenys for wings the other day for the first time and certainly regret not visiting earlier! These were some of the best wings I've had in Milwaukee in a while, cooked perfectly, service was great and the flavors were delish! We did spicy garlic and the lucky 13 dry rub. Stopped by for brunch this weekend and usually I love Steny's, but didn't have the best experience this past time. We did have a big group and our waitress did a great job because I'm sure it's tough with larger groups, but a few things were a little off. I ordered coffee and the creamer I received was a bit old or moldy - definitely not drinkable. I'm glad I saw it before I added it to my coffee. I also ordered soup, which I was told would come out before my salad, and it ended up not coming out at all and was forgotten about. My salad was great, and the chicken on top was delicious. I'm sure things happen where things are forgotten and stuff isn't great 100% of the time, but more than 1 thing wrong was a bit frustrating, especially since we were there for a celebration. read more
