One of the coolest touches is the large window where you can watch the staff making dumplings by hand. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We tried the cucumber salad, Xiao Long Bao, shrimp and pork Shao Mai, beef and onion dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, and the house special fried rice. Always saw a line here and now I know why. Came here with family and ordered a variety of dishes: Szechuan cold noodles, pan fried shao mai, pan fried shrimp & pork dumplings, xiao long bao, stir fried string beans, wontons with chili oil, and the beef roll pancake. Everything was really good. It was refreshing to find a place this close to home that actually hit the spot--even my parents thought it was good, which says a lot. We usually end up driving out to Rowland Heights for Chinese food, so having something like this down the street in Corona is nice. The pan fried shao mai was probably the surprise favorite for me since I've never had it prepared that way before. Food was amazing! I had tried coming here once before, but the wait was over an hour. This time, I came on a Friday around 2 PM and there were plenty of open tables available. We were seated right away, and water was brought to the table immediately. It took a little while for someone to take our order, and it seemed like they were short staffed, but once I let them know we were ready, a server came over within a couple of minutes. We ordered the steamed beef and onion dumplings, which came with a really good dipping sauce. The dumplings were excellent, especially with a little extra chili oil added. Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes. A group walked in and set at a corner table, their name was at the end of the list. Other groups before us saw that and were shocked. The staff did not do anything to correct this. Next they announced if anyone wanted outside seating.. everyone just went in random order. My husband and I got upset cause they did not ask in order for the people who came first. It just getting worse after that, after we sat the groups that were after us got their order and food first before us. We noticed that they got their condiments as well. I wish this restaurant was close to home! That's how good it is! Everything was delicious, flawless in terms of taste. We went for Father's Day, so I didn't take pictures. We had every dish imaginable. We had dumplings, fried rice, noodles, vegetables, every single item was delicious. I wish I could have them everyday. We left very full and very satisfied. The employees were friendly, they came to support us at the right times. I only had water as soft drinks were not available for free refills.They did have other specialty drinks, our nieces partook and they liked them. We were able to make reservations so that was nice. If you want good dumplings in the Riverside area, come check this place out. Be ready to wait a lil bit, they're usually busy, but the wait goes by fast if you choose to sit outside. I ordered the iced pinapple green tea which was super delicious! We ordered the cucumber salad as a refreshing appetizer. I came in on a Wednesday early evening. It was still quiet. The interior of the restaurant can sit a decent amount of patrons - 11 tables of four, three tables of two and three tables of six or more but tables can be pushed together to accommodate larger groups. It is light and bright. No decorations on the tables. You need to keep space for the food. I ordered the xiao long bao and pork and cabbage dumplings (steamed). The XLB had more dough so it was thicker. When it got cold, it got very tough. Key is to eat it quick. No diddly dallying. Pork and cabbage dumplings were more flavorful. Easiest to eat. Stayed warmed longer. Even when they cooled down, it still tasted better. It took about twenty minutes to receive. Music started playing at 5 pm. I appreciated that when I was struggling with napkin, the waitress brought me another one. The one thing I learned from scalding my mouth at other restaurants is to poke a hole in the XLB before putting the entire thing in your mouth to let some of the steam escape. The phone was ringing off the hook. I suspect people calling to place to go orders. The tables are close together so you can hear the people sitting next to you especially if you get inconsiderate ones who don't know how to control the volume of their voices or their phones. Given the name, I was ready to write this off as another dumplings only place serving overpriced dumpling. While it does have overpriced dumplings, it's definitely got a fuller menu than that and is an authentic Chinese restaurant. The place specializes in dumplings and noodles so we had to have one of each. The spicy beef noodle was honestly just ok, and I wouldn't get it again. The handmade xiaolongbao (you can watch them make it) were quite tasty although not the prettiest. The green beans were made with preserved soy beans instead of minced pork but tasty and a big portion. The Chinese hamburger was a decent size and flavorful. The best part of the meal was definitely the beef roll which was bigger than most I've ordered and very tasty. The best part is that the service was actually decent and the setting modern with both indoor and outdoor seating, a nice change from many authentic Chinese restaurants but I guess they've figured out this is what they should do if they charge higher prices. read more

By the time we left about 45 minutes later, there was a waiting line... hand made dumplings made fresh and in front of you (if you go up to the window) by two ladies that you can tell are very skilled in their Dumpling wrapper rolling and pinching... The dumplings were flavorful, steamed hot , you can also ask for them boiled or pan fried ($1 extra)... And the Tonkatsu Ramen was flavorful as well... We saw a couple videos on tiktok and decided to give this place a try as many people liked their xiao long baos. The xiao long baos were extremely flavorful and juicy, but unfortunately the wrapping was a bit too thick. The juicy pork buns were disappointing, but the beef scallion pancakes were nice and crispy. Our favorite dish was the spicy chili wontons. The wonton filling was absolutely delicious and the chili seasoning was the right balance between slightly vinegary and salty. Visited on a Thursday and despite being very busy the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I tried the beef chow mein, mongolian beef and xiao long bao. The beef was extremely tender the noodles were soft and the xiao long bao were perfectly soupy! I definitely recommend dining here. What can I say about this place that hasn't been said yet. It's so good. Best Dumplings in Norco/corina area hands down. The handful noodles are delicious and tender. I take so many people here just for their birthdays because it never disappoints. We tried this place on a bustling Sunday night and they were jumping. I think we had a 25 min wait which wasn't terrible considering how many people were waiting.
