Little one and his mommy~Happily Ever After…read more Well this story is kinda like a Disney movie. It started off rough, not old school Disney's Dumbo rough but more like Pixar's Inside Out rough and ended with my little one and I having the sweetest nighttime moments. My heart swells with joy and pride when I think of how far we came with the help of Magda, our sleep consultant from Good Night Sleep. Here's our story: I have a 3 year old and a newborn. The 3 year old may have worn me down and we established not so healthy bedtime routines. There was a lot of stress leading up to the bedtime routine and honestly, I dreaded it. There would be tears, pleading, screaming that ultimately lead to me giving in and going in to lay with my toddler until he fell asleep. I thought it was a phase and I could deal with it but it wasn't and when the new baby came, I couldn't. That's when I reached out to Good Night Sleep and spoke to Magda. I remember feeling that I could breathe a little easier after that first call. Everything that I told Magda, she'd seen before and she was confident she could help us develop a nighttime routine that worked for our family. She did. She also helped me communicate it to my kiddo and get him excited about it. The first night.I was slightly terrified that first night but my little one surprised me and it went better than I could have dreamed. Was it easy, no. But he understood what was happening and every night after, it got better and better. Magda was also there every step of the way for two weeks to answer all my questions and adjust where needed. We've now had this new bedtime for 4 months and it's still going well. Instead of screening and crying, my night ends with hugs & kisses, and a night, night mommy...I Luv You. I'll take that fairy tale ending! I'm sure if you're doing your research and reading reviews, you're struggling in your own way with sleep. I would 100% say to Make the Call and Have a Conversation with their team of experts.

She was recommended to us from another twin mom and I am extremely thankful for that. Our twins were born at 37 weeks so we couldn't sleep train them until they were four months adjusted and it was a very long four months. Our girl twin was of the mindset that she didn't need sleep and our boy loved his sleep. A lot of twin parents live by the wake a sleeping twin rule but I just couldn't do that to my boy. We would spend 15 - 20 minutes bouncing, rocking, swaying them to sleep for them to only sleep about 15 - 20 mins. Even when they were little they didn't nap in bouncers or swings. It was crazy and so different from our first. I was losing my mind. At night (for all intents and purposes) they were decent sleepers but they were horrible nappers. Jennie did a really good job of talking us (me) off the ledge multiple times. The process was very seamless and easy and Jennie was very responsive. I was leary of working with someone out of state but soon realized that unless they were spending the night with us it didn't really matter. She never seemed far away. She is very down to earth and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. It is the best experience and best money we have ever spent. I recommend it to anyone suffering and have even thought about becoming a consultant myself.

Then I met Kim, a sleep angel sent from the sleep gods! My son was almost 6 months old and waking every 1-2 hours, only able to fall back asleep with nursing. Naps were no more than 30 minutes and it took everything to get him to sleep because he was always overtired. Kim created a personalized plan that suited our parenting style and our sons temperament. Within a few days we were seeing dramatic improvements and our son was so much happier! Kim always made sure we were comfortable with the plan and genuinely cared about how our son was progressing. She was always available to trouble shoot problems and offer new techniques when our son was resisting change. Kim always explained the reasoning behind everything we encountered and kept us accountable so we stuck to the plan! My husband and I would highly recommend Kim to any family that is in need of sleep!!

To Whom It May Concern…read more I would like to express my deepest and most heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Vanes, the technician who cared for me during my overnight sleep study at UHG - Universal Sleep Disorder Clinic. I arrived at the clinic on September 11, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM for my overnight sleep study, which continued until approximately 5:30 AM the following morning, September 12, 2026. What began as a medical appointment became an experience I will remember not only because of the sleep study itself, but because of the extraordinary kindness, patience, compassion, and dedication shown to me by Mr. Vanes. There are people who simply perform their duties, and then there are those rare individuals who bring humanity and heart into everything they do. Mr. Vanes belongs to that second group. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect, kindness, patience, and genuine care. Mr. Vanes was highly professional and responsible, yet there was something beyond professionalism in the way he looked after his patients -- a quiet compassion that made me feel that I was not simply another patient undergoing a test, but a human being whose comfort and well-being truly mattered. Throughout the night, while we slept, he remained awake. There is something deeply moving about that thought. While the clinic became quiet and darkness settled over the rooms, while our eyes closed and we surrendered ourselves to sleep, Mr. Vanes remained watchful. It was almost as though he stood quietly on the other side of our dreams, making sure that nothing disturbed the peace we needed in order to complete our sleep studies successfully. Even the smallest movement in my room received his attention. Whenever I needed assistance, he was there -- calmly, patiently, and without ever making me feel that I was asking too much. His presence gave me an extraordinary sense of reassurance: the simple comfort of knowing that if I needed help, someone was there and genuinely cared. What impressed me greatly was his ability to listen. He listened not merely because it was part of his responsibility, but with patience, understanding, and respect. In healthcare, sometimes being truly heard can be as meaningful to a patient as the treatment itself, and Mr. Vanes demonstrated that beautifully. Then morning came. At approximately 5:30 AM on September 12, my sleep study was completed. After spending the entire night watching over his patients, Mr. Vanes was still there for me. He carefully helped remove all of the sleep-study equipment, sensors, and wires and assisted me as I prepared to leave the clinic and go home. But his care did not end when the equipment came off. He stayed with me and continued to make sure I was all right until my taxi arrived. That simple act meant more to me than I can easily express. After an entire night of responsibility and attentiveness, he could have considered his job finished. Instead, he remained present until he knew that I was safely ready to begin my journey home. That is when I realized that what I had witnessed throughout the night was not simply excellent customer service or professional responsibility. It was genuine human kindness. That night, the machines measured our sleep, our movements, our breathing, and the rhythms of our bodies. But there are certain things no machine can measure: Kindness. Compassion. Patience. Dedication. Humanity. And the peace that one human being can give another. Those are the qualities I experienced in Mr. Vanes. For me, it was one night at a sleep clinic. For Mr. Vanes, perhaps it was another long night at work. But because of the way he treated me, that night became something I will remember. Mr. Vanes, thank you for staying awake so that we could sleep peacefully. Thank you for watching over us while our eyes were closed. Thank you for being there whenever I needed you. Thank you for helping me when morning came, removing all the equipment and wires with patience and care. Thank you for staying with me until my taxi arrived. And most importantly, thank you for reminding me that behind every machine, every monitor, every wire, and every medical procedure, the most important part of healthcare will always be humanity. UHG - Universal Sleep Disorder Clinic should be truly proud to have Mr. Vanes as part of its team. His professionalism is exceptional, but what makes him truly remarkable is the humanity he brings to his work. Some employees complete a shift. Others leave a memory in the heart of the person they cared for. Mr. Vanes did exactly that for me. Please accept my deepest gratitude and highest appreciation for Mr. Vanes and the exceptional care he provided from the evening of September 11 through the morning of September 12, 2026. With deepest gratitude and respect, Abdolnabi ( Nabi ) Barghashi
