Chris, the MRI tech was awesome as well, completely putting my mind at ease, updating me frequently through the dreaded MRI which helped calm my nerves. The office was efficient, ran on time, immaculate, clean, and organized. The special note of this office which I appreciate - I was given a single rose as I was leaving my appointment as a "thank you for having your MRI done with us today." Nice touch.

They were able to get me same day appointment. Everything went so smoothly from the appointment, to the procedure, and the results. It's always the little things, and Advantage MRI is big at giving kind gestures. They have a designated parking spot for their MRI patients, so you are able to walk right in. The procedure is done so smoothly, and they not only give you a disk right away, they also give you flowers. And even better, they are able to give you your result within 24 hours. When I scheduled my appt over the phone I specified that the person I would have bring me because I have to take anxiety meds to go in the machine as I am claustrophobic, is not off of work until 3:30 so there's absolutely no way I would schedule myself at 4. I told the scheduler 4:15... I get to my appt at 4:20 I walk up to the desk hand her my passport tell her my name and say "I'm sorry I'm late, my name is S****** D**** & my appt was at 4:15" with a big ass smile. BRENDA RODRIGUEZ says: "you're late" I said "I know I jst said that" She says "no your appt was at 4pm" I said "no I specifically asked for 4:15" She says "well here it says 4pm" She then proceeds to pick up a piece of paper and points "see this says 4pm" Now any literate person can read the situation and clearly see she's being a smart ass.. instead of trying ease the situation as there's clearly been a mix up, she was very unprofessional and as I'm already terrified of going into the machine, I'm immediately frustrated with her behavior.. My response: "idc what that paper says I requested a 4:15 appt" followed by a second mri because I had 2 scheduled so even if the first was missed why not go see if I can be seen still instead of going back n forth with me about a misunderstanding... UNPROFESSIONAL Dare I say it's because I was black but ima hold grace there. So I tell her watch her attitude and don't get snippy with me. She goes to the back to talk to the dr and the dr comes out and says she will see me after her other two patients are done.. I said "I thought so" with a smile and sigh of relief because Brenda was making it seem like I couldn't be seen at all.. so I tell the dr and I point dead at her "yall need to check her attitude" So Brenda now has to give me the forms she should have been given me when I walked in. Brenda comes back out ask me to come get the papers but she's like chuckling under her breath and smiling trying to avoid eye contact for whatever reason so I asked her "what's so funny?" I walk back to my seat My mom, who was with me tells me to calm down and I say to MY MOTHER "I'm not trying to be but she was being rude for nothing" and jokingly while laughing said something to my mother.. I filled out my papers and Brenda walks to the back to go tattle on me because she clearly starts and is bad at handling customer escalation.. she lies and said that I threatened her.. so now doc Andrea comes back outside to say "she can't see me" and didn't look like she was going to explain so I said "why? because Brenda went and tattled on me?" She says no because you threatened her.. never threatened her because I wasn't even talking to her. If you hate being nice to ppl, or ppl of other races and being a problem solver then maybe you shouldn't be in Customer Service.. it's truly that simple.. Brenda jst cost yall some money.

It took over 4 weeks to get the result of my MRI scan after multiple follow-ups. Yet when the report was available, it was not compared to prior images as requested. Multiple efforts were made to follow up again for the addendum and nothing. No one calls, no one follows up, and every time I try to reach someone, I either get ignored or told "someone will call you back" -- which never happens. For a medical facility, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. Patients shouldn't have to chase down their own results. I won't be coming back here and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.

When I changed I was already in pain and not feeling well so when I laid down I told them. For me it's so very painful to get these done. I guess I didn't drink enough water for contrast and with my small veins my veins collapsed twice so they had to bring someone else in to do my contrast. I was honestly tears during my MRI scan cause of my pains but I made it through phew. Brook was so sweet and the girls that did my scan were really friendly. I told them I was in so much pain they understood but not much they can do for that. I felt so dizzy, nauseous, sick and hurting that I was a bit scared to drive but made it home but made it. I do like this location not their fault about the contrast I have small veins and I should have drank more water. Thank you Brook for being so friendly they let me lay down for a bit till I felt ok to stand up. I ended up sitting in the dressing room for a while to gain my strength back. Lots of parking here, they also have covered parking as well. i parked in Handicap up front.
