This time the tech was Art. He text me a quote earlier. I agreed to the price and he went above and beyond changing out screws doing some adjustments. He did change a bracket that was cracked and charge $10 for that. He took care of the service I requested and then some. Needed a new garage door. Our old one was falling off the tracks and not closing correctly. We had a few people come out and give us options and quotes. Most of them said we couldn't have a motor due to the clearance we needed for the track to fit. However, Steve and his guy was able to make it work for us.
