My thing is you are not giving me a discounted rate if you charge 10% on top of the other tax. Just charge me regular price off the bat. Apparently, it has been ready for at least 10 minutes because I saw the last people sitting there leave and another couple leave shortly after them, but no one thought to seat us. The hostess apologized for the oversight. Signaling disorganization. We waited another 35 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered chicken and waffles and grits and had to ask for syrup, butter and utensils. Later we had to ask for refills. The waitress was nice but not as attentive as she should've been. I will say the food was good, but the wait time is a BIG turn off. Management needs to hire more waitstaff and add another cook. Not sure if I will return. My friend said she won't.
