We walked up to the door at 3:00pm and saw a sign posted on a piece of papers saying "Allergy shot not given today". This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last 6 months. You would think they would post this information on their website or Facebook, so parents like me wouldn't have to take off work!!! Like we aren't busy enough to waste time and money. I then called the office the next day to ask if they were able to give shot that day and told them about my frustration with the previous day's visit, no sorry or apology, just responded "shots are given today"...
