Nia checked in with me about areas in my body where I was having pain (post surgery stuff) and then had me change in a small, quiet room with relaxing music playing. The session itself was glorious. I felt completely relaxed and cared for as Nia checked in with me about pressure (which was perfect). There were tight spots on my body I didn't even realize, and then they were gone. I don't have words to explain how amazing the sound healing was. Nia played both off my body and then set the bowls on certain places. The massage area is really cool and eclectic with every square inch covered with messages, chimes, lights, sounds that call in good energy into the space. It resonated with my current situation. My actual massage experience was multi-faceted and multi-modal.
