I went in for my very first 60 minute Reiki appointment a couple weeks ago to deal with some stress due to drastic life changes. I have been feeling jumpy and "on-edge" for a while and needed some additional help/direction to provide relief. The space was incredibly cozy and all around felt good to be in. Immediately after meeting Marie, I knew she was a right fit. I appreciated her natural ability to make me feel right at home in a new space. The treatment itself was amazing. Having had smaller Reiki sessions before, I had an idea of what to expect, but during the full hour, I felt the tightness in my abdomen relax, and my breathing become easier. By the end of the hour, I was calm, glassy-eyed, and a little out of it (in a good way). I really feel that the treatment set the tone for how I coped with my stressors the following week. I didn't hold things in my body as much and felt calmer. Because I work in the health industry, I decided to also do a one-on-one Reiki training with Marie as well. I am still blown away by her kindness during the class. Not only did I receive amazing information and training, but the materials she gave me to study were very organized and well put together. We enjoyed talking about health and healing so much, that we did get off track with time (which I didn't mind because I was learning so much), but she was so kind in letting me hang out longer to get all the training I needed. She even provided lunch! I am so, so grateful for Marie and her generosity and can't wait to put Reiki in to my own practice. GO SEE HER!!

I am not a person who normally feels comfortable with people touching my body, but Neale is not a typical massage therapist. He asks insightful questions and really listens to the answers I give, providing space so he can learn more about what is going on in my life that will inform his care. He has a very, very wide array of modalities in his toolbox and he is constantly learning more. Just a few of the modalities are sound healing, reiki, massage healing, massage, chakra readings, aromatherapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and accupressure.
