We did the Minotaur course as per the recommendation that it has a better view. Overall it was a very boring and easy course for adults but I'm sure if we brought the kids it would have been good for their skills. It was great that they had so many benches along the path cause I'm sure it gets very busy in the high season. I'd pass on this one. read more

One of the best courses I've ever played! Loved the elevation changes! Pretty landscaping, with waterfalls, statues, and a big pond died blue. There's a good mix of hard holes and easy holes. In our group (two foursomes), there were 9 holes-in-one. So it's even very friendly for beginners. Great course, great atmosphere, nothing to dislike. If you can, avoid going late. We went at 10pm on a Wednesday, and it was incredibly backed up. Took over 2 hours to play 18 holes. But I can't fault the course for being popular. read more

I haven't been to any other minigolf place in Myrtle Beach...but this was a pretty sweet first experience. For $10 you get to choose between two paths. "Cave" or "Lakes" There is a very dynamic range of scenery and the holes are very unique. Watch out for the colored water/waterfalls, haha. I was afraid it would stain my clothing! I love the last hole at the very top--great view. And I'm a definitely a fan of their ball-return last last hole :) I can't believe people actually made that shot and got "Unlimited Golf" at Mt Atlanticus. Kudos. There are so many mini golf places to choose from on Kings Hwy! However, Mt Alanticus got the highest reviews with the most reviewers. We arrived at 9 am to beat the rain and paid $10/adult for one round of 18 holes. I wish there was a coupon for this place though. We chose to do the lakes course and it took about an hour to complete. We had a blast! The courses were fun and had a variety of terrains. The golf course had a cool theme too! If you can get a hole in one at the 19th hole you'll get a lifetime pass to Mt Atlanticus. We all didn't get it lol. read more

Never played mini golf where you could literally see the ocean. This place was very nice with two 18 hole courses with both courses walking you up to a breathtaking ocean view. This course would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, particularly anyone who has difficulty maneuvering stairs, but otherwise it is a very fun course. read more

This place was a blast for those of us who needed a break from drinking on the beach!! The place has some seriously cool street appeal for a putt putt course, but like other reviewers I do not suggest this place if you have a hard time walking up stairs, the course builds up and the 17th hole of the Minotaur course has a really fun high-up view of the city! This of course, is terribly inconvenient if you find yourself at that 17th hole needing to pee like no one's business then running down the six flights of stairs to the lobby like Seabiscuit after a big race. Oops. Anyway, I'd go back to this course over all the others, even though I scored a 102 (higher is better, right??) and got a better workout than I do at the gym. Among the places I visited over the weekend was here. I played 18 holes of Minotaur Goff on the mountains. I forgot the name. You climb stairs to get to some of the holes. You walk across bridges and past waterfalls. After all that you whack a golf ball in the face until it goes into a hole. read more

This is definitely one of the best mini golf places in the Myrtle Beach area. We played the Minotaur course instead of opting for the day pass, but really enjoyed it. It's really hard to miss from the main road in Myrtle and it's easily the coolest course I've ever played, although I can't really call myself a frequent putt-putt-er. Definitely worth an hour or two of your time if you're visiting the area! Prices reasonable (~$10-14), and two courses offered. One (Minotaur) has courses more along the sea level and has great view of the water features. I personally enjoyed these courses more and had some incredible designs I'd never seen before! This was one of the BEST mini golf/putt-putt places I have been to and have seen in Myrtle Beach. There are two 18-hole courses (Conch and Minotaur) w/a bonus 19th hole, where if you get a hole-in-one, you'll get a lifetime pass. Prices were $14/adult for both courses (38 holes) $10/adult (19 holes). The front desk woman was nice and informative. The first two holes (for both courses) are indoors. While you wait for your groups turn, you can practice at numerous practice holes. The majority of Minotaur holes are outdoors near lakes, while Conch's are upstairs on rooftops. Both courses are very fun and offer a variety of difference and difficulty. I would definitely recommend this place on a sunny afternoon. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking up a lot of stairs. They also do have a wheelchair accessible elevator. read more

Every hole had a unique play style to it. Very clean and well maintained holes. The theme props were very nice and plentiful.

We just had a great time here mini golfing on a Monday night. It was decently busy for a Monday but it's tourist season so that's a given. The golf course itself was nice, the holes were challenging and the outside greens were pretty well kept. Inside the building for the first two holes were a different story, the ceiling paint was all falling off and looked terrible. We originally got stuck behind a group who didn't understand the groups of four rule and were playing as a group of TEN. So we played through and skipped them to another hole. Also the price listed on the website as of an hour before we went was 10$ per adult and it was actually 12$. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITES. So frustrating. All in all it was a good time, you get a great view of Myrtle from the top seeing the sky-wheel and the beach. I deducted one for the price being so high, an one for the non exceptional conditions. You'll still have a good time here, enjoy it! PS: As we left Monday night at 9:30pm it was slammed. The line was out the door into the parking lot. read more

If you've never played miniature golf before, I'd look no further than the Spy Glass Miniature Golf course, which is what the locals call this one. When I arrived in Myrtle Beach, I immediately looked up best golf courses and this was the top rated golf course, both out of miniature and standard size golf courses! As I arrived for the night to play the holes, I realized I had been here before. This course is so much fun I had forgotten I had ever even been!! I like the color green quite a bit and here I can get my fill that's for sure. What an enriching experience, all while decimating my entire family in a few fun holes of putt putt miniature golf. This experience was above my expectations. It is a tourist attraction so of course it's going to be an above average course but this course was perfection. I honestly believed that nothing was perfect until I went here, so let me give you a rundown. A really fun putt putt place! What makes this spot really stand out is that it is built connected to the parking deck and goes about 3 stories tall. I loved getting to the top and looking out at the area. I had a good time but wouldn't bring Grandma here due to the large amount of stairs. They have 2 separate courses. We chose the cave course, "Conch" and it was actually pretty tricky. I was cursing at the sky because of the unexpected difficulty of the course. It was $10/person when we arrived (no coupons used), which is a good deal compared to other spots. Would definitely return to complete the other course. read more

There are two courses at this site, which helps to filter traffic. I've played both courses and they're essentially the same. Both consisting of waterfalls, shaded areas, views of the ocean, and a lot of stairs. I cannot stress enough that if you generally have trouble with stairs or walking this is not the course for you. The holes were well-themed and versatile, the staff was friendly, and it didn't take too long to complete. Best to beat the crowd and go early! read more

This place is very quirky and looks like it's been around forever. There are two courses, neither of which is tremendously different than the other. There is some seriously bizarre art on the walls during the first few holes (see my photos) that I can't explain. As far as the golf, the cups are over-sized and many of the greens are in poor shape. There really isn't much skill involved in either course and many of the holes are based mostly on luck. There appears to be multiple hole locations for many of the greens, but I don't know if they regularly rotate the cup placement. A lot of the "obstacles" aren't placed in any sort of fashion to affect your play, so it gets kind of boring, actually. The 19th hole is a fun challenge, but you'll only get one crack at it per round. It seems impossible, but you'll see lots of people's photos on the wall who've won before. I think it would be interesting to camp out in the gift shop on one of the benches on a busy night and watch people try to win free golf for life. You're going to go up lots of stairs, including some spiral staircases. The payoff is you will get a good view of Myrtle Beach and can even see the ocean from up there. There is elevator access as well, though I'm not sure if that makes every hole playable or not. Seemed like it did, except for changing the "tee box" for one hole. I think this is a place to experience, but it isn't one of my favorite courses in town, and it certainly isn't the nicest. If it was based on golf alone, I'd be giving two stars, but the atmosphere is just weird and unique enough to earn a third star and make it worth a stop at least once if you're a frequent Myrtle Beach visitor. I would not recommend this as your only mini-golf outing if you only plan to play once on your trip; there are plenty of better options. read more

Great course! Real extravagant holes! All holes are a par 5. Signs say you should play in groups of 4, and unfortunately one of the party in front of us had a party of roughly 10 people; so we skipped a hole to cut in front to keep the line somewhat moving. Otherwise the 18 hole game would've taken us a lot longer. Which is why I took a star. Staff really should check that parties are playing in groups of 4 like the signs say to do. You get a 19th hole when you make it back down to the lobby. Very hard. It is possible because if you make it in you win a lifetime pass to the course, AND your picture gets taken/put up in the lobby next to the hole. If you can play during the day, they say you can see the view of the ocean from hole 18. But we played hole 18 at 9:30pm. read more

We loved this place! Best mini golf ever! The kids chose this place out of all the places to choose from. We went on a Friday night about 8 pm and it was BUSY! It took us almost two and half hours to get through it but was well worth it. Lots of water, mountains, animals, turns, and curves. The staff was friendly and the facility was well maintained. The only thing was.....it was kind of expensive! They do have coupons in all of the books around town but not for night time. Have fun! read more

Google had the wrong closing times online and they still let us play even though they basically were gonna close in like 20 minutes.
