Decided to go check out Mt. Everest Cafe for lunch. Never been here before. Lunch price is $17.00. The staff were friendly and attentive. Their buffet bar is pretty small. I only saw 3 main dishes. Chicken curry, chicken tika masala and tandoori chicken. A little bit pricey for $17 lunch. I thought it tasted good. Not the best Indian food i have ever tried. It was ok.

The food never fails to impress. This place is a true gem that is underappreciated. The staff is sweet, and you can tell it's a family run shop. The eggplant curry never disappoints, nor the chicken Tikka masala. If you do visit, please check out their amazing chai. Give them a whirl, just remember... the buffet is always a win. Ordering off the menu may take a bit to get but still worth it.

Ripped vinyl seats are common here.

One of my favorites! Consistently hot, delicious food served up with a smile. I particularly like the saag and curried chicken.

Always trusty Mt Everest with home cooked style food! One of my favorites. I usually go for a buffet when I want healthy nourishing foods!

This place is delicious. Dinner buffet is a little pricey, but the lunch buffet is definitely worth it.

Sorry this is a couple weeks behind but feel like it was worth writing…read more.. I always judge an Indian restaurant by the lamb vindaloo, and this one was incredible. Perfect balance of flavor and heat, and they even made it extra hot for me without me asking this time. We came in for our second visit and the guy working recognized us from before and remembered I like it spicy, so he told the kitchen to kick it up a notch. That kind of attention is awesome and the result was easily the best vindaloo I've had in Colorado. My wife had the saag paneer, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, and the kids ordered butter chicken, which she absolutely devoured. Always a good sign when the kids' plates come back empty. The food is fantastic, the spice levels are legit if you ask for them, and the staff clearly care about their customers. We'll definitely keep coming back. If you like real flavor and real heat, this place is a must.

We recently dined in for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. The owner knows my spouse from us getting take-out and he was so excited that we were dining in. He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome and special. I got my usual vegetarian korma and my spouse tried their chicken biryani. We also got some chai and the owner insisted on giving us a small order of naan. It was DELICIOUS! I tried a bite of my spouse's and it was delicious. My korma was amazing, as usual. And the naan! It's good regardless but I highly recommend getting it if you dine-in because it's crispy in a way that getting it as take-out diminishes. The chai was so delicious and I wish I knew how they make it so good, it's never that good at home. I hope we can dine-in again soon. It was such a great experience.
