I will start this review by saying the front of the operation (forgot the lady's name) is a saint…read moreand did everything in her power to prevent this situation from happening. That is why I am giving this a 2 star instead of a 1. On Thursday I brought in my designer shirt with specific instructions that if the verification tags had to be removed to notify me and I would not like my shirt dry cleaned. She wrote a note on the order receipt to do so as requested. The next day Friday, I come in to double verify and she writes another note to do so. Monday comes and it's time to pick it up, as I arrive I see the tags are off and only 4 of the 5 are returned. I ask how could this happen? And I would like restitutions for this mistake. She replied they had to take the tags off because the tags which are plastic would have melted and ruined the shirt. I asked her to get more information and to call me the next day about what happened. I get the call next day and she told me what the cleaners told her that made me very suspicious and for me to believe the cleaners had been lying the whole time. They told me the tags feel off in the washer machine which the tags have cut that looks like only scissors could make the cut and the day before they told me the tags had been removed to prevent staining. I gave them instructions and she gave them instructions to follow as well but they disregarded the instructions. I will not be returning as a I hope to find in a dry cleaner somebody who will follow instructions.
