Really professional establishment at the perfect corner location and just like two blocks from Gonzaga. Oh and they have a 30% discount for GU staff, faculty, and students. That's amazing. They are a bit understaffed at this location so my clothes will take nine days to return, but this is apparently just a seasonal issue. Look forward to being a long-term customer!

I was told after I put all my soap, money, and clothes in that it was out of order. If they already knew that, I could've saved my time and money with a simple sign. I asked to see camera footage and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights . I will be calling the owner of the mat and asking for a refund for the poor, RUDE, and disgusting service .

Wasn't ready when promised two weeks ago, and now store has been closed every time the sign on door says they are supposed to be open. Our kid leaves again tomorrow without their needed work clothes. No one answers phone, no way to contact owner, don't know what to do. So much for that Christmas present . . .
