We were pretty hungry so initially thought the pizza was decent (not great but pretty good)... the true test is the leftovers. We both were very underwhelmed with that. Crust is barely average, needs more (and better) sauce. Toppings are ok, but that can't make up for a low-mid quality dough and sauce. Although the price is cheaper than some around town, I'd rather pay a little more for better quality. That said, opinions vary WILDLY on pizza! Think I'd say if you're ok eating the typical big chain pizza, you might like this ok, maybe even think it's a step up. If, however, you know the difference in a good sauce and fermented dough, you may want to skip it. Staff was nice enough, but the interior is not very cozy, but in nice weather the outdoor seating would be nice. Don't expect table service, go to the counter to order.

The physical location of the restaurant is great along with the outdoor seating! Inside seating is limited but good for small groups. Good luck on parking as it's all limited street parking across from what's without a doubt, the trashiest bar in town. The customer service is great and the people are friendly. That's the good part of this experience. Onto the pizza itself : I can't say I was impressed by the flavor, presentation or pricing. It's pretty high spend for a smaller pizza and honestly it's not even meh on the scale of good and bad. It's thin crust pizza, it's just not very good. In a small town with a plethora of pizza options between all of the restaurants, this wasn't it. You have 8+ other known pizza options in town, pick one of those.

Friendly, great service, clean, nice AC on a hot day. But the bonus? GREAT pizza. Flavorful sauce. Lots of toppings! If you want an extra treat, ask for the Alfredo dipping sauce!

    Margarita with canadian bacon, tasty!

Heard good things about this place so we stopped on our way home from the mountain. Monday special was the margarita, we added canadian bacon. Pizza was really good, we got the 12 inch and it fed us both. Also ordered the spaghetti ice cream, it too was good. Had 2 draft beers and a White Claw, bill total was $35. Nowadays, that is cheap for 3 drinks, dinner and desert!

Might be the worst pizza in Sandy. Dry, shoe leather with some cheese. The salad was rabbit lettuce weeds. Will not go back.

I was running BikePAC at the time and was also an ABATE officer. There's a picture of my 97 Big Dog hanging on the wall. Haven't been here since forever. I have a very dear friend, also a life-long Biker who lives in Sandy and we set up a lunch meet here. Always nice to visit with old friends and to get out Clackamas County way where the folks there are half way normal. The new owners (I guess they've had the place for quite a few years so not really new) did a nice job fixing the place up while still keeping it a Biker friendly gin mill. And they added food which is nice. The chowdah is quite good. Not the east coast creamy chowdah I am used to but instead has a nice spicy punch to it. Generous amount of clams which is always welcome. Decent prices. Of course they have beer and booze which I sadly no longer imbibe. The waitress/barkeep was nice and attentive. I gather she is the owner's daughter. Always available if we wanted something but otherwise left us alone to chat. I was surprised at how uncrowded the place was. Nice, half way warm sunny day you'd thing there would be bikes parked all down the street. But it was just the two of us and a tiny handful of what I assume are regulars. Of course you don't need to be a Biker to feel comfortable here. Anyone who works for a living like truckers, loggers and so on would feel very welcome here. Not a huge bar but ample seating for a goodly crew of guests. There's ample parking out front for bikes and a (free) public parking lot across the street. Happy to see that this place is still up and running.

Stopped here after attending the Bigfoot museum next door. Excellent surprise !…read more roomy booth great menu jukebox music was awesome staff was super friendly and attentive! We all enjoyed The food. Large Wings, tater tots, fish and chips, chicken strips, onion rings all were large portions and very reasonably priced I was shocked. Poker machines were busy but I tried one, always fun. Easy access and can't miss the big foot museum next door. I'll be happy to return to both.

Buyer Beware. I…read moredon't do reviews. But I felt compelled in this instance: I believe Chester's Pub is a deceptive, predatory business. Judging by the raucous crowd on the patio when we arrived, it did not appear staff was concerned about over serving. Yes, it was a Friday night, but it was not quite 7pm. Further evidence to support this suspicion included: #1) The table next to ours having a member pass out, then rally to vomit violently for several minutes (remember... 7:00), which really did not help our thoughts on food quality, which, prior to witnessing that, was mediocre at best. #2) I said yes to the offer of a 2nd drink. Then, before that one was gone, a 3rd showed up (which I did NOT order). Playing the benefit of the doubt (had I somehow indicated I needed a 3rd...?). I went ahead & decided to just pay for that, but when my bill arrived, I had been charged for FOUR drinks, double what I had actually ordered. I felt this was a predatory maneuver: Over serve guests, hoping they won't notice the over charges. It was my first time visiting, so, perhaps this was an isolated incidence, but it appeared that staff perceived it as normal. I won't return. I advise you to stay absent as well.
