It was busy on a Friday evening with only bar seating available. It's pretty loud inside but it had a fun vibe. The Buffalo style chicken wings were so moist and juicy. I had the Greek salad and hubby had the special blackberry and chèvre salad. Both were amply sized and delicious. We ordered a custom pie. It was a good pizza but we thought it was going to be wood-fired because Yelp has it listed that way on the restaurant's Yelp site. The wine list is minimal if you like a good glass of wine, but they do have some bottles in a rack to choose from. The bartender never mentioned that to us. We luckily noticed them. So funny story when I tried this place this was the sworn place of a friend of mine. So one day at a event where we're all watching something together people kind of brought their go to favorites. I made my own from scratch like I've been doing for many years. A good friend of mine brought Lolo's and another person brought one from across the street at a certain pizza place that you'll know if you know the geographics. So that said it was a delicious pizza. It was better than the one the friend brought. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't a bad pie was big heavy pizza pricing with traditional thinner more delicious pizza size. If that makes sense to you a lot of times when you get the more European style pizza you're looking at 12 14 16 bucks for a relative standard size pizza. I think everybody brought pepperoni on that day. It possibly had a second topping, but mainly just a real simple one. When he told me the price, I was kind of taken back because I was really hoping for it to be in the teens and not in the high 20s. So absolutely the pizza is good personally I think my two day dough recipe in sauce some scratch a little bit better, but I will say it is a very good pizza and probably the best pizza east of the 205 I've had. That fifth star is just because I don't wanna have to eat $15 in pizza just to feel content. Really and truly if this was just 25-30% cheaper, it would be a five star. So if cost isn't an option to you, please see this review as a five star. It's a good place and I love the area. read more

Rolled in to town after 3 days on the road and wanted something other than fast food. Lolo's popped up and it hit the spot! We got a personal pizza and a full Caesar salad to share. It was just the right amount to split between two people. We got the seasonal pizza which for May included their house made red sauce topped with mozzarella, spinach, and feta. Decided to try this place for my fathers birthday. As soon as we sat we put two tables together and the server with the red hair immediately rolled her eyes at us. My sister came to me and said let's sit outside. Immediately the chic with the red hair buts in and interrupted us saying " you guys can't move the tables". First of all nobody said we were secondly I felt like I was being discriminated of my race !!! She was just picking at every little thing to pretty much make us leave. The pizza was amazing. Normally I prefer toppings to crust, but they killed the crust it's chewy and crispy and soft all rolled into one. The meats were fantastic. We picked up and they were right on time , service was great and the place was clean. The Hummus plate was a nightmare. They took chopped Greek salad toppings and slapped them on a plate with over cumined and under lemoned Hummus. The pita was over cooked, dry and leathery to chew. Total disaster of a plate, 0/10. I'm writing this in response to a recent one-star review because I was actually there that day and witnessed the entire interaction firsthand. The party was already seated when this reviewer arrived, and it was her suggestion to move outside -- not something the rest of her group seemed on board with, likely because it was a warm sunny day. The server calmly explained that the outdoor tables are large heavy picnic tables that can't be easily moved -- a completely reasonable thing to let a customer know. It's a small place and my husband and I never once heard any mention of a surcharge or gratuity. What we did witness was a loud scene that was clearly uncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant, including members of her own party -- one of whom stayed behind, finished his beer, and looked genuinely embarrassed by the whole thing. She mentions being a business owner in her review -- she should know there's always a more gracious way to handle a situation you're unhappy with, especially in a public setting. This place, its staff, and the other patrons didn't deserve her meltdown. This is a solid pizza place in our little town, give it a try. read more

Cute little cafe on the main drag in Troutdale. Lots of seating both I door and outdoor. The woman owned business is skilled at pizza making and fresh salads. Great sandwich menu as well. Very reasonable priced. Cold tap IPAs sooth our tired muscles after hiking Angels Rest in the morning. Highly recommend stopping by after your hikes. read more

From the high-quality toppings, the delicious sauce - and the crust really made the difference. It was amazing. Also got a side Caesar salad and couldn't believe they make their own croutons with cheese cooked in. Service was great. Forget the food carts a few blocks away - this will be our go-to spot in this area from now on! Woman-owned. Funky. Delicious. I stopped in after carefully selecting a place to eat after a sight seeing trip of the waterfalls and the scenic route down into Troutdale. Very cute little town. Parking is around back behind the restaurants or on the street in front of the row of shops and restaurants. Owner takes pride in selecting local beers and wines and sourcing local ingredients like local potatoes for their winter pizza. I sat at the bar and the service was really enjoyable - bartender was funny and attentive. I ordered the special "pop up special" that was jalapeño popper-esque and because several other Yelpers indicated that they had a great gluten free crust I felt excited about trying. It was a great gluten free crust! Nice and crispy and chewy. The pizza was amazing. A heat that builds and all of the ingredients felt like "craft" ingredients like specially curated things. Nothing felt like it ever came from a can or a jar. I loved this place... ate delicious pizza and drank Willamette valley wine during my short trip. The pizza here is top notch! Must visit if you are in the area! We don't come out in the area very often so it's always a TREAT for us when we are here! This is the perfect lunch after a fun morning at 1000 Acres dog park with our dog. We have been here a few times before but this is the first time we came with our newborn! They have a small but nice outdoor seating area (half covered, half not) with picnic-style tables and bench seats. We sat in the cute little greenhouse style table spot and our dog was offered the water bowl (very dog friendly here!) Their silverware is all camping inspired with the camper mugs and plates which adds to its overall charm. Now the PIZZA! Oh my goodness the crust is light and crispy and the twist in the outer crust makes it super fun to eat - our dog Wrigley loved it too! ;) The garden salad was pretty standard (pictured is a full size salad for $8) I don't think that was worth it so I would honestly just skip that and get the pizza pie to share! We stopped in last night for pizza, and we were NOT disappointed. I am celiac, so I was worried, and I waited before reviewing just in case. But no reaction from this super sensitive celiac! I had the bigfoot on gluten free crust. You can ask for extra crispy when you order, but I just went with how they make it normally. The sausage was safe, the sauce was safe, the crust was delicious. In fact the woman waiting on us talked to us about how important it was to the owner that they get the crust right. For just a moment I felt like a non celiac, just hanging out, eating delicious pizza, no big deal. Service fast, ambience comfortable and chill. Decor is Smokey the Bear and Woodsy the owl, with other camping related things all around, and posters of natural landmarks like Multnomah falls. Highly recommend this not only to celiacs, but to people who can eat gluten. I've eaten here a handful of times. Sometimes it's really good. Other times I wish I would of ordered my pizza somewhere else. Tonight was one of those nights. Tonight I ordered a large pizza, personal pizza, hummus plate, and Caeser salad. With tip about $75. I wouldn't recommend the hummus plate. The amount of hummus you get is really small. Maybe 1/4 of a cup at most. I paid for extra sauce on my large pizza. I took the toppings off one slice because I thought maybe they read I wanted "no sauce." There was sauce on it, just very little. My wife loves Margherita pizzas. They didn't have one on the menu, or I didn't see one. So I ordered her a personal pizza with the ingredients for one. They put the basil on the side. I did not ask for it on the side. Overall not a good experience for the price. I will try them again because it's close to home and I've had good experiences there. Got the local mozz, roasted garlic, and pepperoni to go We went to pick it up about 10 minutes early, and the bartender Lady was really nice. She gave us a sample of a cherry cider and I had to order one after that. We BSd for awhile and she was just awesome.
