The technicians continued the 4-hour repair using extensive force while drilling. I provided photos, videos, and a repair estimate from a licensed fabricator and the company dismissed it as a "stain" and denied responsibility. Poor communication, delays, and zero accountability. All of my questions were expertly answered, and each step in diagnosis was perspicuously detailed. Informed by years of experience, Ijjumaa's chain of deduction and reasoning flows effortlessly. By the time he reached his conclusion, I felt no surprise and had a pretty good idea of the range of costs i faced. After clarifying my choices, he explained avenues for resolution and their practical (part options, time and logistics) and financial ramifications. He suspected that the $150 part (plus labor) was malfunctioning temporarily, having been frozen.
