I provided a table for Mr. Appliance technicians to do the repair on but instead they plopped a 100 lb oven on my marble countertop despite my direct request. The technicians continued the 4-hour repair using extensive force while drilling. I provided photos, videos, and a repair estimate from a licensed fabricator and the company dismissed it as a "stain" and denied responsibility. Poor communication, delays, and zero accountability. I'm now forced to pursue this through consumer protection and small claims. Hire at your own risk!

Very disappointing experience…read more I paid about $170 for the first repair for an E:23 error. The technician reattached the hose and assured me that the repair was covered by a warranty. Shortly afterward, the same hose became disconnected again and the washer started leaking water. Now I'm being told that I need to pay another $215 for a connector and installation to prevent the hose from disconnecting again. If the technician already knew during the first visit that a connector was needed to properly and permanently fix the problem, why wasn't I given the option to have it installed then as part of a complete repair? Instead, I paid $170 for a temporary fix, was told it had a warranty, and now I'm being asked to pay even more for a second visit. I would have much preferred an honest, upfront price for a complete repair from the beginning rather than paying twice for the same underlying issue.

I called about 2 weeks ago and was told they would issue the refund and would call me back to confirm. The call and refund never happened. I went to another appliance repairman and he fixed my refrigerator right away.
