I spent days researching online and was ready to order everything, but I'm so glad I decided to come in person instead. I walked out of Mary's literally smiling like I just had my first kiss and blushing because I looked so good in my new riding outfit. I ended up spending about $1,000 on a pair of boots, two pairs of pants, and a top, and every single item was top-tier in quality. The fit, the feel, everything was just right. I cannot thank Jennifer enough. She helped me for nearly two hours, patiently guiding me through trying on at least five pairs of boots and almost ten outfits. She was so kind, so patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything fit perfectly. She didn't rush me and even switched out boots just to double-check the fit. I've truly never experienced service like that in any industry. I hugged her multiple times because I was that grateful. She made me feel confident and taken care of in a way I'll never forget. Sizing varies so much between brands. I wear a large in sports bras but ended up in an extra small top from one brand, so coming in person is a must. If you're new to riding or coming back like me, skip the online guessing and come here. The options are endless, the service is next level, and the experience is unforgettable. I had driven down with my English saddle already and didn't want to spend a lot to meet this request so I could ride. I ended up calling Mary's Tack, who referred me to Bits Equestrian Outlet. Luckily I could go on a Wednesday when they would be open. I was shown the breast collars available and did my best guess for the one that might work. For $30 it seemed a great deal. I made my purchase and hoped fir the best. It ended up being absolutely perfect. Good fit and it went well with my over 50 year old saddle. I really love that I could find what I needed in time. Didn't bring any help and we thought for that price we would get an assembled end product. Instead we had to unload ourselves and worse part is the guy ran over our dog with his trailer. He said sorry I didn't see him. Never in my life have I felt such pain and now we have a pile of crap sitting in our yard that reminds me how much I HATE this company! Beware!!!! Don't buy!!!!
