The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They not only rotated and balanced my tires, but also pulled a nail/screw out and aligned my front end ALL for 89.99 as promised. That was $30 cheaper than the competition for a 1 time alignment and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exactly as it should be. The person I dealt with was super thorough and made sure the tires I ordered online were the correct size and whatnot. After that, the process was super quick and they had me out of there relatively fast. Very happy with my tire purchase (went with Michelin Pilot Run Flats) and I like them better than that Goodyear tires that came with the car.

Took my '14 Coyote in for a dyno tune after I did intake, headers, exhaust, etc. Tiffany was super helpful and communicated very well through the whole process! They knocked it out quickly, did a full blown custom tune (not the copy/paste crap or email in tunes that other places use) and the car drives and feels amazing. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and friendly, and it was well worth the money. When I dropped the block off, I was asked to leave it by the shop door. It sat in that exact spot for over two weeks before I finally received a quote, which I felt was unreasonably high for the work. I understand that shops have minimum charges, but waiting more than two weeks for a quote on a cam bearing replacement--only to receive a price that high--was frustrating. When I picked the block up, it had developed some surface rust because it hadn't been moved the entire time it was there. That said, the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Because of that, I'd be willing to give them another chance if I needed different work in the future. However, my first experience ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

Also has a decent sized parking lot so hopefully there should be enough spaces for if you're shopping and need somewhere to sit. The criticism I have is that it is a pain to drive through as well as find a space because of the design. It's especially frustrating on days when it's super hot or over 100 degrees and need to find a closer spot so you can get inside to buy what you need. Also the gas station tends to be slow and packed but that's like every Costco.

The store was moderately busy, but I appreciated that the current sale items were prominently displayed right up front. Unfortunately, my experience took a hit on the way to the back. I was badgered by a cell phone salesperson, which was a huge disappointment. When you pay for a membership, you don't expect to have to navigate a gauntlet of sales pitches just to shop. On the bright side, the checkout process was seamless. I headed to the self-checkout where an attendant was ready to assist, and I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes. I still love Costco for the value and efficiency, but I really dislike the aggressive third-party salespeople on the floor. .

After being directed to this location by UHaul.com to rent a truck for a one way trip, we were told they would only rent us a 15ft truck for a one way trip (despite uhaul.com literally directing us HERE). This was after the UHaul rep disappeared for 20 minutes & upon his return, elected to help the man in line behind us before acknowledging our existence. The shop manager came out & apologized for the delay, but told us he didn't know anything about Uhaul all as the line continued to build. One customer left out of frustration. Perhaps the shop manager should take an afternoon to learn about a service his shop offers. Went around the corner to another Ubaul location & they had us taken care of in under 10 minutes. If you need to rent a truck, go elsewhere.
