I have always been happy with the finished product... The work always makes my car look like it was brand-new. I also feel that they have the best pricing in the valley and a quick turnaround time. I previously wrote a review about MTZ Collision after stopping in to have them look at the damage I did to the back of my car. I ended up selecting them to do the body work on my car and what a beautiful job they did. Their estimate was spot on as was the time they told me it would take them to do the repairs. Francisco kept me informed as to the status of getting the parts in and the progress being made. I picked up the car today and they did a great job. The car was returned to me pristinely clean. i got a flat tire on the way to the shop when I was dropping it off and they took it to a tire business and even had the tire fixed for me. This is a family run business, several brothers, nephews etc. They were very polite and professional and their customer service is top rate. I highly recommend them. I had been looking for a place to repair my car for months because finding honest reliable shops are hard to come by. I'm glad I took my time because I couldn't be happier. I was referred to MTZ and Miguel ( a great hard working individual) by a man I did not know, he over heard a conversation I was having about my vehicle that needed repair. He spoke highly about the shop and their work and gave me the number to call. I got in contact with Miguel and explained the damage to the vehicle and the concerns I had in trying to get my vehicle to him so he could assess the damage and hopefully give me an estimate of cost. Without hesitation he offered to stop by my house to see the vehicle himself. It surprised me as no other shops I contacted previously ever offered this type of service. He came to my home not knowing if I would eventually take my car to his shop. If this isn't great customer service then I don't know what is. Miguel was very straight forward and honest about the repairs the vehicle needed. He gave me an estimate on cost and length of time it would take to get my car back. Both were on target! He kept in close contact with me via text and phone calls for the duration that my car was being worked on to let me know how the car was coming along. They were clear with what was covered, committed to a reasonable time, and dropped me at my rental car place. On recommendation, I brought my car to MTZ. Francisco accessed the damage, told me what has to be done and why. Gave me a written estimate and how long it would take for the repairs to be finished. The cost was less then other shops. They called me to tell me the work was finished and when I arrived, the car was being vacuumed and washed. It looked in show room condition. MTZ did a fantastic job in repairing my car after I had been rear ended lately. Miguel was in charge of my car and very efficiently dealt with the insurance company covering the costs and was by far the most impressive part of the whole situation. I've never had a body shop pro-actively communicate with me (daily emails!) about the detailed status of my car repair (I.e., which parts they had ordered, what information they were waiting to receive from the insurance company and exactly when he expected my car to be ready so I could plan accordingly with my rental car etc.). When I responded to his emails with questions, he always responded with detailed answers in a very friendly manner. He explained every aspect of the process in a very friendly and easy manner (dealing with the rental car agency etc.). When my car was finished and I came to pick it up it looked even better than I had expected! Miguel not only had it washed completely, but the tires were cleaned and the interior was completely vacuumed/cleaned...it looked like it had been detailed!
