I've been meaning to write this review since I picked up my car in Feb!!!! I brought my 2021 Mazda CX-5 to Heritage 2 separate times. The first time was in June 2024. I was in an extremely scary accident after I was rear-ended on the freeway. My car had a lot of damage in the back, and I was equally overwhelmed by my soft tissue injuries and the overall trauma of the accident. I was not in the best place to deal with everything, but Albert took such good care of me and made things as easy as possible throughout the process. My car was ready reasonably fast (which Albert knew was important to me because I was not truly comfortable in a rental after the accident), and it came back looking brand new and fully detailed inside and out. I don't think I had ever seen my interior that clean since I bought the car. Then bad luck struck me again in Jan 2026, when someone opened their car door into me as I was driving by. Although I was not injured in this accident, my car was not drivable and the damage was severe!!! The entire passenger side, the front with pieces restricting the front passenger wheel, with wires and parts dangling under the hood, with damage extending to even part of the rear. I called Albert, he remembered me from the accident 2 years prior, and told me that he would get my car picked up and not to worry. I was terrified the car was going to be totaled, which would not have been a good option for me. I knew if I could trust anyone to do their best to prevent that, it was Albert. This process was going to be a lot longer than my previous accident because the damage was so extensive. During all of this, I also worked with Alex. He is just as amazing as Albert, staying in touch regularly to update me on insurance inspections, approvals and status of repairs. He never left me wondering about anything. And again, when I picked up my car it looked as good as new!!! It's never fun dealing with auto body repairs, but when you do need to, I cannot recommend Heritage and Albert and Alex enough. Not only do they do great work, but they offer great customer service, go above and beyond, and have the kindest hearts. read more

This is the second time my sister has came back to use their services. They fixed her car and made it look like new after her accident. She then a year later accidentally blew out a fuse on the battery that caused the vehicle to have a system error, which did not allow her to drive the vehicle without having to take it to the dealer. I had an awesome experience with Leo Auto Body. I took my car next door to Castle Automotive for some work, and asked for their recommended auto body shop. They sent me to Leo's, and I am so grateful! They were able to take my car right away, and get started on the work immediately. I had some damage to the body of my car- the piece of plastic above the front driver's side wheel was damaged from an accident, along with some scratches. They were able to fix it to look brand new in just about 2 days, and gave me a really fair price! I had been quoted about $200 more at a different auto shop, so I know Leo's gave me a great deal. They not only fixed everything quickly for a fair price, but they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. They are lovely!
