After trying to do 3 5 min rounds on the heavy bag he took the time to train me a few rounds and teach me. He even let me use his own personal gloves and laced them up for me. They also do a partnership with a local powerlifting gym which is great because I like going to the gym too. I am super stoked about moving a few doors down to a super legit gym. Oh and the price for a membership was lower than any other gym that I've trained at. Which is a huge plus for me because I like money.

They have classes for all levels for all disciplines and all the coaches are experts in their respective fields. I didn't use the gym (as I'm a member of another club) much but there is enough equipment and weights for beginners to pro body builders.
