I told him about needing personal training and he was the nicest person to me. He answered all my questions and made me feel at home, unfortunately, I moved to HB and haven't found really anytime to go check out the gym. I find that the way the average martial art is taught usually doesn't translate to sparring and fighting. Training and fighting become two different things. I think Paul has transcended that and shares his discoveries with you from a the fighter's perspective. He also addresses the mental aspect of fighting as well.
