Coming into the restaurant, I was a little skeptical of how empty it was inside. Theres plenty of seating, and very clean. It seems most of the food is ordered through delivery or drive through, and I can especially see why with how quickly the food is prepared! The taco salad and street tacos were brought over within less than 10 minutes of ordering, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions. I felt the meat lacked a little flavor, but the self-serve sauce bar was a good addition to the meal! I don't know how fresh the sauce bar was though, two of the four sauces looked pretty soupy, I wish there was some pico de gallo included. Overall, it's a decent restaurant for fast food and large portions! I wish the meat for the tacos could be seasoned more. I wonder if sauces would be included if picking up the food through drive through. read more

Last week I went to the new restaurant in Yakima. The serving size was great. A lot of food, the problem is it's all so bland you figure if you're going to a Mexican restaurant it's going to be seasoned well and maybe even spicy. Not in the case of the new store in Yakima. My gf thought the beans were bland, she did like the selfserve bags of pickled vegetables though, I didn't mind the food myself, though I agree with her that Mucho Gracias has that old-school nestalgic heat-lamp Mickey D's color scheme and vibe which i like. I saw on their website that they're a 24-hour Restaurant, thats great. I'm really glad of a new restaurant option in the area and a 24-hour Mexican place too boot! Ps. I wasn't able to confirm their hours, i also didn't see any in-restaurant signage stating 24-hours or any hours pireod. Alot of their signage looks unfinished, so time will tell! read more

The best front counter guy ever. Nothing he could do about the food. Although he did do an amazing job dressing out our plates. The food, well, weak, lackluster, boring, like Gerber baby food Mexican food. The food seems out of a can? I do not understand the other reviews?? Ordered two breakfast burritos in the drive thru on Saturday morning. Pulled up to the window. Sat there for ten minutes with no one coming to the window. Two more cars pull up behind us in line. Wait another ten minutes, no one came to the window. One by one the cars behind us left. Could see them helping people in the restaurant. After a total of 30 minutes, someone came to the window and asked what we ordered. After giving them the benefit of the doubt with the wait, that was the last straw and we left. Humorously bad at messing up orders. It has become a sarcastic hobby with my friend to see how badly our orders can go wrong. From Incorrect sides, incorrect quantities, incorrect ingredients to outright entirely incorrect entrées. Tonight an Oregon Burrito no pico, was apparently a Taco Salad. And the Bacon breakfast burrito no potato turned into 2 because they accidentally added potato. Just your typical visit to Muchas Eburg. Staff not so friendly, tortillas on our street tacos were cold, not quite worth the $5.00 per taco. Food is served on a paper plate. Ambiance was cold and lame. Try something else in Ellensburg, don't recommend this place. Salsa for tacos had no flavor. read more

Tacos are always a hit, however I'm unsure if there is an issue with their PA system or just an overall lack of communication between customer and service worker, however almost every time I come here there is some form of complication within ordering 6 tacos. Whether it be phrased as "can I please get 6 tacos?" Or "can I please get four tacos and an additional two single tacos", somehow after several minutes of confusion on both ends I either end up with 2, 4, or 8 tacos, not 6. Regardless really yummy tacos and good ambience within the establishment, just unsure of how this mixup keeps happening. read more

Delicious breakfast burritos! Chorizo, huevos, papas, frijoles y si se quiere arroz! Dine-in or drive thru! But, if you go through the drive through, you will miss the music & the incredibly cheerful & capable David! David offers wonderful hospitality. The morning staff are like a ray of sunshine. This place is right on Main Street. Great hours: 7am to midnight, unlike the rest of E'burg that closes before the summer sunset & many places don't open until half way through the day. read more

Super frustrated. We drove from Yakima specifically to have lunch at Muchas. I ordered a Carne Asada plate with a few crunchy tacos to go. First the beans that came with my meal were ice cold. I let them know and they made no attempt to resolve the issue. There was no ice in the soda dispenser and the containers they have for salsas don't have lids that fit. We finished our meal and drove home. When we got home I looked at the crunchy tacos we had ordered and they had been filled with lettuce but very little cheese. This has never been my experience before. This chain has been one of my favorites from living in the Portland area. I was excited to find a location closer to my home in Yakima, but if this is the quality I'll wait for a trip to Oregon. Do better. read more

Growing up near the original owners of Muchos Gracias in Vancouver, WA, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that we got one in town. My husband and I went there on our rare time alone, and when I saw it, I made him turn around so he could try it. He became just as obsessed with Muchos as I was when I lived in Vancouver. We've been back multiple times with our kids, and each experience is better than the last. I recommend the street tacos and the Oregon burrito. read more
