10/10 recommend, all the way! The food was amazing and the vibe was energetic and positive. We arrived just in time for lunch, because within minutes of ordering - we didn't have to wait in line - there was a line to the door. The prices were good and the quality was excellent. My husband and I had paninis and shared a broccoli salad. We also ordered a Reese's cookie and a slice of banana bread but those are for later, as we are full from our delicious lunch.

Chicken pot pie soup and peach scone.

The peach scone was like a fresh bite of heaven!! The best scone I have EVER had!! The chicken pot pie soup was also out of this world!! The cinnamon roll was a citrusy flavor that if you like you would love!! The texture was awesome! The service was friendly and efficient and the feel was quaint and homey! I would love to return to try their sandwiches!

I got a cinnamon roll, the daily bread sandwich and raspberry tea. Not pictured, apple butter! (My favorite)

We stopped in after a Dr appointment and my daughter got a vegetarian wrap while I got a sandwich called "the daily bread" which consisted of a sandwich with 2 different meats and plenty of veggies. They even had a thin layer of avocado! I also got some apple butter as I hadn't had any this year and wanted some. I'm excited to try it! We got a cranberry dessert that I can't remember the name of, but was tasty nonetheless. I got a cinnamon roll that I'm going to have for breakfast tomorrow. It looks yummy and huge! Thanks for the cute atmosphere and tasty treats!

    TBA Panini

This place is adorably quaint and offers a wee bit of shopping after you order. I ordered or TBA panini and a small side salad and I was quite impressed with the panini. It was well made and relatively flavorful. Staff were standoffish when we walked in and seemed rather annoyed by our presence but who knows why. I didn't let it stop me from asking a question or two for clarification. Their pricing was a bit steep but nonetheless, it was still pretty good. My travel company didn't seem to like this place as much as I did. They reported the food was underwhelming.

    Where is the meat?

Ellensburg, WA Fresh food. Home made. Good lunch meat. But . . . SO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET! I was at a hotel in Spokane, Washington traveling to Seattle when a lady told me that I must stop at this bakery/restaurant. It is one and a half miles off of I 90. When you enter the restaurant, to the right are about six tables where you can eat your lunch. You walk up to the counter and order your food. To the right of that you will see a small glass case that holds three or four bakery items. Around the corner, they sell fresh cut deli meat. Off to the left of the store you will see a Mercantile where you can buy everything from oats and spices to candy. We ordered the turkey apricot Panini. It comes with your choice of sweet brown bread, white bread or wheat. The sandwich had turkey, cheese, arugula, and red onion with an apricot spread. It was then put into a Panini press and grilled. The sandwich tasted fine. It just did not have much substance. On the sandwich was only one and a half pieces of deli meat. Very disappointed from all of the photos I saw online. It also comes by itself. There are no sides or drinks included. I thought it was way overpriced for a sandwich that did not include chips or a drink. I did order a bottle of iced tea, as they have no fountain drink there, and a bag of chips. Additionally, I ordered one of the birthday cake cookies. The cookie was a vanilla sugar cookie. The cookie was very soft with confetti like coloring. The icing on top was fine, but did not taste like buttercream but more like an oily frosting. I did like the cookie nonetheless. I love to support small business, but this restaurant was way more hype than what it should have been.

    Finishing our sandwiches!

Love the people!! The food is soo good + served quickly. The soft music in the background makes this a very cozy + restful place. If you're waiting for a sign to go in, this is it.

I stopped by for lunch here while I was in town for a work meeting. What a perfect little sandwich shop. The staff were friendly. The prices are reasonable and my sandwich was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Ellensburg.

Self-serve was easy---make your salad and weigh it at the register. My large tray salad (see pic) was $17.21. It was two meals worth! The ingredients were all very fresh with a few spectacular choices--crumbled blue cheese, artichoke hearts, diced red pepper, cubed ham, roasted chicken, hard-boiled eggs, pickled beets, Kalamata olives, and sweet pickle chips. I love blue cheese dressing, especially when I can choose the amount. Dilly's is a little diluted and lacks garlic, but the crumbled blue cheese made it all work. Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. I also took home a Tuna-Tuna sandwich for Sherrie--she loved it. I think we're hooked! There's a loyalty program--1 Star for every $10 spent, and 50% off next purchase after 10 Stars.
