Inside has an old western small town cafe feel is how Randy described it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were two other tables with people in them when we arrived a bit before 9 on a Thursday morning. We were greeted and seated right away. Within 20 minutes, another 4 or 5 groups of people showed up. I ordered the bacon and scrambled egg croissant sandwich and Randy had the original bene. I'm not a fan of Country music but took the risk after reading some great reviews. House infused Bloody Mary was spicy and delicious! Their coffee was the best I've had from a restaurant in years!! My friends and I wanted to try out this place but it was busy as it was Saturday morning. No problem, we put our names down, walked around the nearby farmer's market, and came back 45min later as we were told. We were sat in two back to back booths as we were a group of 8. They took a bit to come take our orders but our two groups ordered at the same time. Nothing crazy, just one dish per person. The seats are comfy, which was a good thing because while the coffee & drinks we ordered came out quickly, the food took 50min to come out for our first group. And that group had nearly finished their food before our group got our order. I was a little baffled because by the time we had gotten into the restaurant, a wave of customer had gone out and the cafe was no longer packed. There was no explanation for the long wait, no checking in to see how the food was. The food was okay. I ordered the breakfast burrito. The portions are huge. My burrito came filled to the brim w/ sausages, tater tots, eggs. The salsa was good on the side. I also had some of my friend's gravy & biscuit. It was a nice option to choose as part of your omelette meal. We split a Corned Beef Hash Breakfast, and it was excellent. The addition of cabbage and Granny Smith apples mixed with the home fries and in-house made corned beef really brought this meal home. I decided to change it up and have a burger instead, with a Bloody Mary! My niece, a former bartender claimed it was "hands down the best Bloody Mary I have ever had"!
