I really enjoyed the tortilla soup, which is really beautifully plated and the pico de gallo and guac are delicious. My second favourite thing were the fish tacos, which were not fried like at most restaurants but grilled, and that was a pleasant surprise! All the food was fresh and appetizing. It looked like it was sitting around for a while as far as value goes, my wife's beer was more expensive than my margarita, which is a plus if you are an alcohol drinker like me but not for a beer drinker, obviously. The portions on my plate were small, but there were so many different items on the plate that blended together fairly well that the small portions didn't matter too much. We were greeted very pleasantly. It wasn't too busy yet as it just turned to lunch the waitress gave some really great suggestions. Even though our interaction was within with one waitress, it still set the vibe that everybody in this establishment really enjoys working here. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely set the mood for all the margaritas and tacos that we could possibly want. The food itself very flavourful. Definitely a great hidden gem in Durham.

The Barbacoa inside was perfectly cooked, full of flavour. I wish my Margarita had more punch though, it was barely noticeable in the entire experience.
