Who doesn't love a waterpark? I flew in from Vegas so we could celebrate my friends sons birthday…read morehere, I booked a cabana about a month in advance, I love how they have so many sections to choose from and that they offer bbqs so you can grill and bring your own food, that is probably the best part. I chose a cabana in the dolphin section it seemed to be pretty centralized to where we wanted to be to get on everything without being to close to the kiddy area. I will say one drawback is the parking, the park opens at 11am we arrived around 12:30pm coming from Visalia, and the parking was packed they have a dirt area in the front that you park, I prepaid for parking online I suggest you do that I believe it is card only because all the kids working there had the handheld payment devices. We got lucky and got a decent parking space. We unloaded and started our walk in, upon walking in they check all your bags, no alcohol or glass is permitted and they scan your tickets. Once we were inside we did check in for the cabana and they walked us over, the cabana was nice it came with a table chairs and like a outdoor couch that could fit two people, we brought a cooler with drinks and made a bunch of food. We set off and rode most of all the waterslides we wanted too and enjoyed the new lazy river. We stayed all stay until closing at 7pm, you do need to return your flotation devices that come with the cabana up to where you checked in for it. Overall we had a great time the weather was perfect! Only draws would be parking, I think them investing in building a parking structure would be beneficial, second would be the cabana procedure they do not check ID to verify that it is you or the card you paid with, to many scammers out there so I would suggest verifying before you just let someone say it's theirs. We had a great time I'm sure I will be back!

Ratings will be a five star because this place is just awesome so if you're looking for a little splash or some fun with some friends book on special days where you can get tickets half off or food, menus or discounted or have better deals. I definitely recommend this place for any group of people who is looking to just get out and have some fun in the water.

We live about 53 minutes away and planned to celebrate my son's birthday here. During our first visit, we arrived around 6ish p.m. only to be told they were closing early at 7:30 p.m. for "maintenance." This was never communicated beforehand, so we made a nearly one-hour drive for nothing. One of the young managers tried to be accommodating, and I appreciated his effort, but the overall experience was still disappointing. We decided to give them a second chance, hoping the first visit was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. We were given incorrect and conflicting information by an employee, and management did not provide clear or consistent answers either. It was obvious there was a lack of communication and training among the staff. The most frustrating part is that we made another 53-minute drive because we trusted the information we were given, only to have our time wasted again. When families are spending their time and money especially for a child's birthday they deserve accurate information and reliable customer service. Sadly, that was not our experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in better employee training and communication so other families don't go through the same frustration we did.

Park closes at 6pm, extended summer hours is 7pm. We went on a Tuesday and Tuesdays are the days they offer their deals. It's buy one get one free basically for $49.99 which I think it's a fair price since individual tickets are from I believe $30-$40. Parking is $5 and if you want to park upfront it's $10. We waited in line for almost an hour to get inside so be mindful if you have a lot of things to carry. Bring a cooler with wheels and a wagon! If you also have a baby stroller that is also allowed inside. The only thing they won't allow you to bring inside is anything glass, alcohol or knives so please precut your fruits and sandwiches beforehand. They do check coolers and bags upfront. We bought Costco pizzas, made pasta salad, charcuterie boards and other knick knack snacks for the kids as well to give you guys ideas on what to bring! Most of the time everyone's gonna be out swimming and on rides and not paying attention on eating lol If you have kids, please take them I recommend and apply sunscreen at all times!
