I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving No Surrender Fresno two chances, I feel other families deserve to know about our experience. We live about 53 minutes away and planned to celebrate my son's birthday here. During our first visit, we arrived around 6ish p.m. only to be told they were closing early at 7:30 p.m. for "maintenance." This was never communicated beforehand, so we made a nearly one-hour drive for nothing. One of the young managers tried to be accommodating, and I appreciated his effort, but the overall experience was still disappointing. We decided to give them a second chance, hoping the first visit was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. We were given incorrect and conflicting information by an employee, and management did not provide clear or consistent answers either. It was obvious there was a lack of communication and training among the staff. The most frustrating part is that we made another 53-minute drive because we trusted the information we were given, only to have our time wasted again. When families are spending their time and money especially for a child's birthday they deserve accurate information and reliable customer service. Sadly, that was not our experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in better employee training and communication so other families don't go through the same frustration we did. read more

Went today for a school field trip for a Saturday program, and out of all the jumping places we've been to here in the valley, I'm glad this location ended up being our last trip. Staff were polite, aware, they communicated. Bathrooms were clean, areas clean, food was good. Enough space everywhere where you didn't feel squished or overwhelmed. I'm honestly very impressed. I will say again, the staff was great. I want to give them super kudos for that. Front desk people, those watching kids on the trampolines, guy in the shoe cubby area, the girls who got our room prepped. Thank you! I myself also had fun jumping! I paid for the ultimate birthday package starting price $550. The party planner allowed me to bring a fruit tray and vegetable tray as additions to the party. 15 minutes Before my party was scheduled to end the party planner proceeds to throw away the remaining drinks in the pitcher without asking and attempted to throw away the outside food that I was allowed to bring in without asking. Once I realized what the party planner had done, I had to tell them, that's like throwing away the pizza I just bought because I was unable to finish it. Why would you do that? Please bring me a to go box for the pizza, My party goers were unable to finish during the party. Once the party was over, we exited the room and use the remaining tables outside of the room, because truth be told the timeframe they allow goes by fast and truly isn't enough time to have a party without feeling rushed. The crew members approached the table at different times stating the food that they allowed to go to the party could not be brought into the eating area and they grabbed our food and said they would put it up for us until we were ready to leave... I believe if they allowed us to bring it in and if we were unable to finish it, we should've still been allowed to take it to the outside tables as long as we cleaned up our mess, but apparently that's against their policy. They gave the game cards to the person that wasn't paying for the party without informing the person that paid for the party. When trying to understand who the game cards were given to, the party planner described the mother of the birthday boy using a ghetto description of the mother (totally unprofessional when other descriptions could've been used to identify their mistake). Not to mention we all wore shirts that identified who we were, for example: "mother of the birthday boy" and "grandmother of the birthday boy." in my opinion there's things that could've been done to make the process smoother and less hectic but overall the kids enjoyed the party and that's all I can ask for. However, I will rethink planning a party in this facility. read more

Had a birthday party there for my son. The place is fun to play for sure. It's the service that I have to complain about. I was embarrassed multiple times with the staff asking each of my guests if they are going to be paying or if I am and I said just add everyone to my bill. I only had 1 1/2 hrs for the room but spent probably 30 minutes plus talking to staff. The ambiance is nice. When I needed my host, she'd take a long time. I am not pleased how they charged me $28 for my son for Lazer tag but charged my other party guests $15. I spent almost $700 for basically an hr of trying to get a birthday party done. My guests asked me why staff kept keeping me from the party with their questions. At one time I finally was going to jump with my son and the host called me to ask if I was paying for these ppl. I am not satisfied at all and will not ever book a party there. I worked the service industry for over 15 years and have a background of management in the food industry for bartending, serving, and managed banquet events so I believe I can have an opinion on service. read more

There's no staff to regulate the slides and the bigger kids would climb up and down the slides, making it hard for the younger kids to slide down. Came here to celebrate my niece's birthday. Had no idea about the strict sock policy, so keep in mind that if you want to reuse grip socks from other trampoline parks, you are NOT allowed to jump. We entered the trampoline area where the worker was letting us in while looking at our feet to make sure we had socks on, he did not saying anything about my niece's socks (aerozone socks). After jumping and running around for 2 hours, a different worker came up to us and told us she couldn't jump unless she was wearing the No Surrender brand socks. So even though all grip socks serve the same purpose, it specifically had to be those. Booked a birthday party at this location this past weekend and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a bday party location. Staff was not attentive to our needs, socks and reload cards weren't provided at the beginning of our time. Some kids waited 30 mins to receive socks. Our party felt the time should have not started until at least all the socks were provided to all the children. Two kids remained without socks for 30 mins. Food was subpar. The party package included 3 pitcher refills of fountain beverages to which we only received the initial pitcher. Once staff finally arrived they attempted to move us from the room but we requested drinks to be refilled and game reload cards for the kids. They said our time was up and no longer could provide refills because we didn't request within our party room time slot. The reload cards were found thrown behind the gifts. They were found by us once we were cleaning to vacate the room. Staff clearly threw them behind the gifts to cover for their mistake. Our host was nice initially but disappeared throughout the whole 90min time slot. Machines not working but taking credits off the cards. Manager was rude and never apologized until she checked cameras which was a hour after our multiple complaints. Manager as well as staff lack customer service skills. Total bummer. My son was very excited to do the Ninja Warrior course, which is prominently advertised on their website. We drove over an hour to get here, and after paying admission and buying socks, we made our way to the course to find it is being torn down to putin laser tag. Apparently, they are doing away with ninja warrior, the rope bridges, and the climbing walls. There were no signs at the entrance, and there was no mention when purchasing admission of closed attraction. Real bummer because laser tag is all over and this was supposed to be unique. My review is regarding the party experience. We spent $400 on a party for 12 kids. Our expectations were to go in and have an easy time and avoid having it at home. Unfortunately, the procedures here meant it was quite a bit of work for us! We had to serve the kids food and drinks, pick up their plates after eating (so they could eat cake), go find the staff when we needed anything (and we were the only party in the entire place). But the worst part was that they approached us halfway through the party and demanded additional payment for the parents who just came to supervise their children. We had specifically inquired about this before booking and were told if the parents did not eat/drink or use any attractions it would be no cost. In the middle of the party, the manager required us to find each adult, give them their names and required they never enter the party room, for any reason. This ended up being a stressful situation, for absolutely no reason at all. read more

The place is huge compared to the No Surrender in Clovis. It has a buffet so pizza, pasta, salad, baked potatoes, ice cream etc. The games are fun and only 2 points on most of them. You have about 4 different types of attractions trampoline, rock climbing, the kids play area, and another area. We are a family of 5 and we spent a total of $123 that's with the postcard including the 4 attractions and food. It was quite fun will definitely go again. read more

This was our third time here and this time with our two granddaughters. It's $14 for 3 hours in an amazing indoor playhouse that once these kiddos get the side, they don't wanna come back out! All the kiddos have a super time. This is a great place and way to entertain the little ones while you sit at a table having a beer or a slurpee or soda or pizza and try and wear them out! I had my daughter's birthday party there and the Supervisor Dakota and his staff was very accommodating.

This place is absolutely amazing. We went in on a Wednesday evening. The are short staff and we couldn't get a private room for our party. There wasn't a host available. We ended up order a couple of pizza and hung out in the first come first serve tables. The kids had a blast. You get everything for $20 except arcade. The pass included adventure course, trampolines, rope course, rock climbing, and ninja course. We spent three hours there. The staff was so wonderful and patient. There was one person doing all the harnessing...that took time but he was doing his very best. I can definitely see this place pack on weekends so go on the weekdays if you want to enjoy all the courses. The kids didn't want to leave. We could've used an extra hour. Next time we will plan for 4 hours of play. Thank you to the staff members for keeping it clean, safe and fun for the kids. read more

I rented 2 rooms for my daughters 8th birthday on April 24th 2021. Her party was in rooms 2 & 3 and it started at 3:30 pm. The staff there had almost no communication or organization with each other and/or me. Every time I asked a question, most of the time the staff would say "ummm I don't know let me ask".. I paid a $150 deposit over the phone 4 weeks before the party, than upon arrival I paid another $150 in cash for the 2nd room which I anticipated. I was told over the phone that I wouldn't pay the rest of the tab until the party was done so they could get a final headcount. I had too wait out front for our cake guy too arrive so the host was getting directions from my wife. My wife advised me that they didn't bring the correct type of pizza out that I initially ordered, so that was frustrating. When I arrived with the cake, my wife advised me that the host hadn't given her the 12 game cards. I asked the host about the game cards and she said "ummm you have too go back too the party cashier so she can help you" so I had too leave the party room once again, after waiting for about 5 minutes, the staff lady finally assisted me. She said that before she could give me the 12 cards that I needed to pay for the 23 adults that were at the party and for the 12 cards then and there, mind you I was told I would pay once the party was over. So I get super frustrated and pay the final $330 in cash so my total tab for the party was $630 in total. I advised the staff lady that I called way in advance so this should have all been handled, and she just said sorry. After we were done with the party room, we went too the tables in the general area by the buffet area.. my sister inlaw asked if we could have a pitcher of water, the staff lady said "no we can't do that there are water fountains over there"... that was very rude, so my sister inlaw spoke with a manager and we were provided 12 free bottles of water. The reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because the manager provided free bottled water and the kids had fun playing. For the amount of money I paid and how far in advance I booked everything, this all should have been more fluid and arranged. Most of the staff get confused easily which was very frustrating. I honestly do not feel like I got my money's worth for the type of service we received. I've been in the customer service industry for over 13 years and this is amongst the worst experiences in customer service I've ever experienced. What really makes me frustrated is the fact that I did everything in advance and my daughter couldn't go anywhere for her 7th birthday due too Covid so this was supposed too be an epic party. read more

Food is disgusting and they try to charge the prices high for it. Pizza is the only thing I've ordered because how does one mess up pizza? Tasted like cardboard with cheap Ingredients. The other one in Clovis is just as expensive food wise but it's actually worth it. Also, it's just as expensive as the one in Clovis but you only get two hrs and the one in Clovis you get three. The manager and some of their staff were completely unprofessional when addressing issues while we were here for a party. Initially the manager, Joann, addressed our children and parents about the children dunking on the basketball court. After the conversation all parents apart of our party spoke with our children about following trampoline rules. However, our children shared several times they continued to be threatened to take a time out when in fact they were not dunking but other children not in our party where. The staff assumed ALL African American kids were apart of our group. A while later all of our children came back to the table upset because the manager told them she was calling security on them. CALLING SECURITY ON 12 YEAR OLD CHILDREN FOR ALLEGEDLY DUNKING!!! Of course the parents were upset and tried to speak with the manager who disregarded what we were explaining to her and was argumentative. While we attempted to speak to the manager WE removed our kids from the trampoline area. Yet, we continued to hear and see other kids dunking. We pointed this out to her and she said "they aren't with your party", and they were not. She assumed they were because they were African American. She put her hands up trying to get us to stop talking and totally disregarded what we were explaining to her such as she should of found the children's parents before calling security. Once we realized she was not receptive, we asked for the general managers number and decided to leave. I brought my 2.5 year old here for a play date with my new friend and his 3 year old. The kids had a blast! There is plenty to do for toddlers here. We ordered a pizza and ended up getting juice and snacks throughout our visit there. Me and my adult buddy were able to order drinks from the bar that were actually quite good! We booked a party here and we did not have a good experience in regards to customer service! The management on site kept grouping all of the African American children as one party and accusing our children of thing they were not doing and threatening to call security on them. When we tried speaking with her to let her know that those aren't our children and that our children aren't even in there she did not want to hear us out instead she proceeded to get hostile using phrases like "first of all" and putting her finger in our faces. The staff in the jump area as a whole and the management on site needs to undergo serious customer service training. There is no way she should have behaved that way, and she should never speak to someone's child the way she did. I've been to this location multiple times and this is the first time I've experienced this behavior. I will not be returning nor do I recommend anyone to this location. read more

The cashier was really rude. I asked for two adult grip socks and she gave me two medium socks in kid size. I went to the prize redemption area to clam a prize. No one was there so I went to the front to wave down the cashier. Sure enough it was the same rude cashier. She rolled her eyes as if I interrupted a really important conversation she was having with another employee. She rushed the whole process. As I was getting ready to leave I proceed to use the bathroom. I saw that she was inside cleaning the windows. I asked if I could go inside again she rolled her eyes and said "I guess."
