I took my Denali - Diesel in for a diagnostic (warranty-not my choice) The person who diagnosed it said, found a code, not sure what it was so I erased it and it didn't come back on. Ummm. Not how you diagnose. They said well, if it comes back on, bring it in. Yeah, I have another 4 hours of my life to spare for this subpar work. 22 miles later, the check engine light came on. I took my wife's car in for an oil change. It is a premier brand, not gonna share the brand. It's an oil change, ummmm simple. They told me nothing when they turned it over to me. The notes said though, I don't know how to check the oil since there's no dip stick. My car has a module that reads it and a screen that says the level. Simple YouTube search. So they gave my car back not knowing if they did it correctly. That would have been quite expensive for them. I will never take a vehicle back to them. I recommend taking your vehicle to a real shop. They may be excellent at tires and that's fine. Stick to what you know.

Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. Really pissed off as I take immaculate care of my vehicles. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.

Almost no shop was open and those that were wouldn't help because it was an RV. Its a class C with a Ford van in the front and it was only a battery and cables but they still wouldn't help me; this Goodyear did. Marisol went out of her way to get me in the next morning and assured me I wouldn't have to spend another night in a parking lot. Gregg worked very hard cutting my cable off the corroded connector and getting it to work with the new one so I could get on the road to go home. Next time I will try to be more specific when asking how long an oil change will take. I made an appointment for an oil change. I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment so I must take blame for that but I still had over an hour and a half wait for just an oil change. The people are nice, but if you do not plan on leaving your car all day consider using someone else. They are also very misleading on the phone as I did request to know what their wait time was before making the appointment. They informed me they could get me in at 1 o'clock without indicating how long the car would need to be there.
