I went there a couple years ago…read moreso maybe things are better now but this is my experience with them. 1st off The office staff I delt with was very professional so no complaints there, however whoever does the body and paint work at that time may not have been the best. I needed a rear quater panel repaired that was crushed in by a car, rear tail light replaced and a new rear bumper installed. Nothing to car was there about a week I was called to pick it up it looked great For about 6 months, If I remember correctly was right about when the warranty ran out. 1st thing I noticed was the paint was peeling off the rear bumper, There was no primer underneath now I am aware that some of these bumpers do not need it so perhaps that is why either way the paint did not stick. 2 years later the rear quater panel is completely cracked not aligned with the bumper at all anymore. The reason it is cracked because that is how much body filler they used (bondo) there was almost a quarter inch of body filler in the back quarter panel alone and now has the bondo cracking and falling out and there is rust underneath. Usually you would try to pull the Dent out a little better before you would use body filler as the final thin top Coat. I'm well aware of how body work is done since I had classic cars growing up. So I guess your mileage may vary at this place one star from me... shoddy work.

With most alignments, there is a print out provided to show you how far your car was out of alignment. Not this auto repair shop. The customer rep lied to me three times about my car being test driver. I noticed my car leaving the facility after I made a loud statement about my car in front of other customers. You all will not receive any bus8ness from me or anyone I know that lives in the Taylor area. At 8:30 Am I arrived; at 10:37 i received a bill but my car was not test driven. Most dealers wouldn't bid sight unseen, they insisted on seeing it. About 4 dealers were willing to give me a price. Subaru of Georgetown's was the best (and slightly above Edmunds FMV). When I took my car in, the salesperson (Darren) took less than 20 minutes to check it out to make sure it matched the pics and description, and then paid the agreed-upon price, without trying to offer less. He also paid for an Uber to take me back home. If there's a way this could have gone better, I can't think of it.

This was the initial reason I brought my car in to begin with. Over $3k in repairs only to have the same issue and to call for help and they act like they could care less. I will never use this location again!! Save your money and your time. My initial reason for bringing my car to this dealership was because it turned off in the middle of traffic. Today they're saying I brought it due to brake noise. These people are incompetent and don't even take correct notes or documentation. I have never experienced this level of absolute poor customer service. For a special technician to be called in to send me a video stating the terminal cable and sensor connected to my battery are the source of the issue and no one caught that but found apparently over $3k work that needed to be done is absurd. If a vehicle loses power sporadically why would that not be the first thing checked...battery, cables, terminal posts, sensors, electrical...NOPE they gave me a clean bill of health minus a transmission gasket and filter plus a tuneup. Complete JOKE!!
